My Easiest one for marketing a candidate is variations on: Job title - Tangible business achievement (not career/education!) - Salary - Location

Are any of these salesman authentic in their advice if they don't have extensive years working in recruitment.
It's a fair question. My experience is that most "sales training" doesn't work very well in any industry, but especially in recruitment!
