Thank you Tulisa. i was in your home a few weeks ago.
Oh wow!!! Where in SA? I heard you mentioned that on your other video
@@iammarwa hi, you mentioned 10000$ so far is including the land? I really want to build a home in Kenya.
@@wisdomti2730 marwa's family owns the land for years...so land is free...
Please arrange some big stones around your sand to prevent sand being washed away by heavy rain,
Thank you, i will.
Very true the stones do help the sand and blast from been washed away
Teaching us about the cost of materials to build a house in rural Kenya is very useful information.
The land looks beautiful to build a beautiful home on. Congratulations to you again Marwa.🌴🏡🌴🌳🌄
Thank you so much my Jamaican brother Jnr
Rural Kenya is very beautiful.
I just love it when our Kenyan brothers and sisters prosper.congratulations marwa.am camping here until the day you show us this house tour.
Amen JN , God Bless you.
@@iammarwa but you not believe in covid or VAXS LIKE MAGULIFI
Congratulations @ iam Marwa, but there's a cost that you could have evaded..... those stones that are to be refiled in the excavated/dug ground, could be delivered when excavation is complete so that it's directly poured by the track into the dug section of the house (foundation).this way, you could have saved on money in terms of labour cost to refill.this is observation and experience when I was constructing.next time, try this. thanks.
Next time you will build Marwa hotel.God bless you bra
I'm sure, there are many of MARWA's followers, who would love to help him building his dream! :)
Amen
@@markusmuller6173 what about their own
@@sharmayeastmond4656 Are you curious? Ask them! How is your construction progress?!?
@@markusmuller6173 for your info I have my own. Some of the people helping and don't even have their own. Maybe you're one of them

Dee is so lucky to have a loving and productive brother like you Marwa...I'll give my life to have a brother like Marwa...❤❤❤🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🇰🇪
You are doing very well Marwa! I was not really impressed with the level of accommodation you and Bo used to stay at, but your choice of materials for your new house now is definitely first class! Keep up the good work!
@@paulking4490And so what? Did she die for staying in those small places? You see if you have a vision you don't care of how others feels, be wise.
@@paulking4490 and how does that become your concern?
@@paulking4490 do you think Bo lived in a mansion, she grew up poor also .
@@paulking4490 are you Marwa's hater! Just keep your lane! You sound bitter though
I have been doing it the wrong way. My next house, I will be gathering enough materials first before starting construction. Buy as you build is very expensive.
Am sorry I miss your live I was in church keep up the good work we're proud Marwa just continues to ask for God's guidance and protection love your and your family 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
Thank you Barbara. Next time you will be on Time.
Very beautiful lands. Sometimes living in big cities is stressful. I admire you. Keep it up
Thank you Allan. You are right.

This is a good start so far, May God guide you all through this entire project
Davy Jr is blowing ooooo
Utube viewers love authenticity
He is so loveable, so himself and soft spoken
Nyabohanse looks beautiful 😁...but i find Kenya to be expensive than South Africa...maybe it's because of the stones ..
Wow beautiful land I wish it was that inexpensive to build in my country Jamaica $10,000 may give us maybe a load of sand. I guess though it depends on the conversion.
Blessings 👍👍
Looking good, can’t wait to see the finished product!
This guy is great... he’s made long-windedness an art form 😅 he can talk about stones for 15 minutes.... Well done 😂😂😂
he needs his minutes lol
His sister is same.
I'm just giggling. It's a gift you know
So informative hard work pays !knowing what to do with your money so inspirational.
I have been watching Marwa now 4 years
The sunset is stunning. Looks like it setting on the end of the Earth
Congratulations on your new project. Fully concrete house construction is very old fashion. It is like sleeping inside a fireball and then spending a lot of money to cool it down. This is counter productive. Before you build your properties in a hot climate, you have to do your homework. Yes you can build the shell with reinforced concrete, after that you need to choose your material according to the climate, sustainability, environment, and running cost. we all know that you can completely be off the grid in Africa with 0 costs of ownership. Fully concrete house construction is not good for the environment. The world has moved on, it does not necessarily need to take 9 months to build a house, it can be fully completed in a matter of weeks. KNOCK THAT HOUSE DOWN AND DO YOUR FREAKING RESEARCH, MY BROTHER.
Mr. Marwa you are such a wise person 💯💯 this the right way of spending money while you still have it 💪🏾💪🏾 Amazing job brother ❤❤
I am SUPER proud a you , great job marwa , you are so ambitious , I love how you're teaching your sibling the , UA-cam game
Uuuuuu that sunset Marwa🙆🏾♀️...so amazing...🔥🔥👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 I'll have to visit your home someday...from Mombasa...new subscriber..🙌🏽🇰🇪🥂
Why are you building near the river? What if it overflow it’s banks. You cannot stop water
Some suggestion on your content quality:
1. Good to see you going beyond just travel
2. Good to see you travel in Africa
3. Please try and avoid repeating yourself many times (especially when it comes across as desperate heavy sell)
THANK YOU MARWA THAT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AS I'M PLANNING TO START SOME PROJECTS IN AFRICA TOO..👍🙏🙏❤
Thanks for your respond , all shall come into reality, Just believe in your dreams.
Oh that's why you go there in the late afternoon beautiful sun set though

You are so excited about your dream. And we all follow your new adventure with excitement for you. Please put a link to your young brother page to make it easier to find.
The cost of materials in Kenya is very cheap to build. You can go into Real estate
Yes , especially in the villages not in big cities.
Marwa, you are making Jomo Kenyatta and the ancestors happy.
Hey Marwa would you mind to share if you used a specific company in building the house. You are a true inspiration bro be blessed for you hustle.
you hear the crickets and the quietness in africa ? that is what people abroad america or wherever thats what our soul needs that reset and relaxation. too much going on
This is inspiring! May GOD continue to bless you and us viewers/subscribers.
Your house plan make two master bedroom upstairs and ground floor. At old age/ retirement time it will be difficult for someone to climb stairs faster by feet but lift only. Certain years you can use the downstairs room
Marwa it’s cheaper than Nairobi. I remember a truck was like double that of your area.
Dreams are valid. I've been watching you sense, and I came back to watch this video, I didn't believe it. You'll do it this big project. Wow, today I just wanted to say never give up because everything God He puts on our hearts, we have to believe in process. Be more blessed in your journey.
It is all about steel an concrete, hongera sana Marwa
Yes Marwa, i was thinking what those BIG BOLK of stones are for in a Building. Now, because your land is near a River , so the area is swampy and this might be the Reason to using those BIG BOLK of stones to hold the underwater Table at Bay. It will be very interesting to see how the BIG BOLK of stones will be arranged at the foundation floor, and on top of which The Balast stones mixed with cement poured on top to concrete the whole foundation, and later on top of that concrete floor to start Building up your Dream House. Wonderful. Thanks.
I started watching your family videos. If only black families around the world could use your family as a role model and try to work together. So much I have lived to see which is a sad scenario. Keep up the love and togetherness and educate your children. Young men stick to one family. It is the only way.
Kudos Marwa!,my brother from another mother, hey good job buddy, the only thing I would recommend is try and fence that piece of land so as to offer more security and deter access there, good luck, love from Texas.
Thank you , that plan is underway , i see you are Kenyan, greetings from Home.
@@iammarwa you always shout me out on your live vedeos, keep grinding!, iam the guy you you call "nyathiwa ",maybe we will meet one day!.
What part of Kenya is this? Kenyan watching from Massachusetts.
Good gravel for foundation
When i watch such videos it inspires me alot especially after loosing all our savings on a land we will never own. May we get to this point soon. Congratulations i am marwa

Thanks Marwa for sharing your prices
Wow , you now have a road at least,. Great effort there.
Wow is very very affordable building in Kenya outskirts..$10,000 for all that foundation materials? I have to relocate to Kenya man.Doing a great job my man..keep erecting them everywhere...l like construction works. Im in it too in my country zambia
Marwa I am not sure how big is that house but that's a lot of stone. I built a 2500sq ft house and I don't think I used that much stone. And mine is concrete .
Awesome job. May the Lord be with you 🙏🙏🙏
Congratulations marwa hard work pays
Marwa you are very hard-working and talented,I like your energy and enthusiasm.Keep growing bro.
Marwa I have really asked for the type of camera Boo bought for Dee Mwango but I have no answer so far... 😒😒😒😒I love the camera

Why don't you start build your house?
JUST SUBSCRIBED, BIG UP
So excited to follow your project, Marwa! Keep up the good work 😃
Great work and effort 👍
Good job Marwa. Love how you take care of your family.
Congrats man! I'm guessing the gravel is from granit. If so it seems very expensive. In Romania it's maybe 8 dollars per ton, and the stones maybe 100 dollars one full truck. And average salary is around 700 euros.
Great job marwa,more blessings.
This is so inspiring marwa cogratulations for the good start
Great content keep inspiring us who would love to build but not sure of the budget
The little house is great because the items will disappear
You are doing a great job.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You're inspirational brother. Keep it up.
I like marwa content but this one is very similar to one done before. The only difference is the small hut is covered. He already told us the cost of the rocks sand and stone. I think a new video should have new info. This is mainly for likes and views
I'll follow till the end good job 👍🏿
Your videography is very good. You have the skills to make a movie. You should make a movie about life in Kenya.
Good job Marwa
