Marwa you need to get some 1-3 inch stone for the entrance to your construction site, just for the drive to where the site is or where it’s really soft. Make it easy for the trucks. It will be worth it, that downtime will be costly. Also lock the gate and lift the bed to put all the weight on the tires. It might work.

We have seen many different types of sand and stones which are to be used to Build a Modern House in that part of Kenya. In West Africa The Gambia in Particular, we do not need all those types of sand and stones to build a modern House. In fact we need SEA SAND, BLACK STONE (BALLAS) RED STONES and CEMENT. So i was a bit surprised seeing so many Different types of stones and sand for one House. Can MARWA or your Chief contractor Explain to us how and why all those types of Buildings materials of Sand and stones? Thanks.

Hi Marwa. How much per tonne of ballast and per tonne of sand and per tonne of stone please? I know you don't want to destroy the tree, but better to lose the tree than lose your house. Can't you move the house 20-25 metres away before you start to cut foundations. Trust me brother my dad had a close shave with an Ackee tree root getting into his foundations. 🇬🇧🇯🇲

Sand costs exactly as much in Germany. Just the delivery truck is probably a bit more modern:-)
