Alexandra!!!! I literally just noticed that this video was made 3 years ago and I am floored! In three years since you have made this video, not one other single person or company has been able to make such an informative and to the point tumbler video! You did an amazing job! All of the information was clear and to the point! I was not left wondering about dry times, products used, amounts of products used, etc. This is simply the very best video out on UA-cam, TikTok and Pinterest! Thank you very much for all of your hard work in making both this video and your products! I was sad to see that you didn't have more videos, but am subscribing anyway, just in case you decide to make more content! I love that you keep everything relevant to the project, you don't say the word "like" after every other word, and there isn't an ounce of pretention to you! Clearly your videos have what it takes to stand the test of time! You absolutely rock! Thanks again!
Agreed, I was like okay my ADHD is not going to let me watch this entire video, but it was super informative to the point no extra and unnecessary talking. The only thing I wondered is what type of roller was used. Thanks for the video!
I have to admit that I have watched dozens of "tumble tutorials" but yours is the most informative and easy to understand! Great job, thank you so much!
I love that you still posted this and didn’t re-do the part where you were adding the decal and the M messed up a bit for two reason. 1. It shows everyone makes mistakes. And 2. You show us how to fix it. Thank you for your awesome tutorial!
Khahijah Dickey-Williams, no disrespect but at the same time why would you use someone's UA-cam page to advertise your products which she is making? THAT'S wrong. We need more American businesses.
@@YorkNewJersey exactly! How rude! I think it was in reference to someone asking for a site to buy the pertussis(to make their own) and instead they took it as a site to buy the finished product. By still, real scummy.
@@hilarycotton3471 they must have removed the comment that the person you are talking about but I agree with 110% nobody should ever step on another persons small business by trying to steal their prospective customers.. I am glad to see that there are still people who stick up for small businesses/as well as their owners.. God Bless you as well as the other person who stick up for the lady who made this video and her small business ❤️
I have watched hundred+ hours of tumbler videos over the past 1.5 yrs. I collected all the necessary supplies, had a friend make me 2 turners several months ago...and still couldn't get past my fear of trying to make a cup. Then I watched your video the other day and you made it very easy to understand without the video lasting too long. The next day my dtr says to me, get your glitters out Mom we're gonna make a cup! So I showed her your video and away we went. Thank you so much for sharing your video and making it so easy to follow along and understand. We've made 2 cups and have 2 more glittered and ready to epoxy tomorrow. Thanks Again!
Hello Mrs. Joyce do you think your friend will make me a turner for large cups I can cash app you the money can you please ask for me and let me know ASAP thank you
Don't know if this is whay you were worrying about, the cost of some of the cups. So I hit up a few garage and resales shops for cheap tumblers to start and practice on. I have several I only paid a dime for and a few for .50. couple dollar ones So now its time to start and if I mess up oh well no big deal and if they turn out good hey miracles happen.
Khadijah Dickey-Williams Hi Guys, our store selling different water bottles, can custom logo you like with cheaper price, please check our store, thank you.
This was one of the best Tumbler tutorials I have watched, you were very clear on instructions and Streight to the point. what made it nice to follow along was you did not talk so much about other things you just talked about how to do each step
I am a beginner at making cups, I’ve been teaching myself along the way. Came to find out tips on ombré (the color mixture never worked for me before) and I have to tell you how much better I feel about myself after this. I always see cups that people buy from Etsy and get insecure because of how poor of a job I feel like I do. To know that you have to scrap export off the lip of the cup too and it’s not just me, makes me SO happy!!
I can't even tell you how helpful this is! Yesterday I did my very first tumbler and it wasn't bad, but wasn't perfect and this video showed me exactly what I did wrong! Too much epoxy, did not apply glitter with epoxy, used a different adhesive and didn't seal my glitter.
Thank you for the start to finish! Very helpful. Just out of concern to let everyone know - please use Nitrile gloves with epoxy. The part B will absorb through latex gloves. Epoxy, while in its liquid form is a carcinogen (causes cancer). You all may know this but I just learned and wanted to share.
Isn't it a shame most of us never knew about toxins decades ago (if ur in ur 40's like me)..no wonder why I have memory problems.. all the spray paint & crap in art class we used & toxins & particles were NEVER brought up!
Like so many others have said, thank you so much for making this so clear. I actually feel like you completely explained the whole process and I can do this! Thank you!!!❤
I love the way you explained as you demonstrated including pretty much everything.. The best I've seen so far and that's what made me a new subscriber. Thank you
Omg the idea with the medicine syringes is genius. I have a zillion from when my kitten was sick a year ago. The vet gave her a bunch pre filled with medicine. Washed them and I kept them just in case she needed them again or I had an idea to reuse them. Will be using them to measure my resin now! Thanks so much for this video. 😊
This the best tutorial I’ve came across! It made me realize what I was doing wrong! Thank you and I really like that you showed the part where you messed up! Most ppl would’ve drifted that out
Thank you so much for explaining everything completely from beginning to end and all the products you used. I've watched many videos and when they ended, I had so many questions. I was confused about how to actually finish the tumbler to the point of actually being able to drink from it. You did a wonderful video here.
I am a leatherworker and my specialty item is customized hand tooled leather mugs. I line them with food safe epoxy and turn them by hand also. It usually takes me well over an hour to get the epoxy to a point that I can walk away. I have to do this TWICE! This video makes me so happy!!! Now I have to figure out how to make a turner that will hold the outside of my mug and turn the epoxy inside for me :)
You are a great teacher and i am very happy you let people know that they could have bad reactions to epoxy, but everyone please use nitrile gloves and a chemical grade gas mask to just better protect yourself, the chemicals in resin are very bad for you and if you dont have reactions at first they will occur later please stay safe✨💛
Hello, Five years later….I learned how to make cups from this video. I have not made a cup in three years. Back at it again & hunted for this video, because I forgot everything. #TIMELESS
I'm always late to the party, I like tutorials by people who DON'T have 1million subscribers, and I find i do not watch tutorials by people who are "influencers", as usually I have found they are so worried about being cut off, and not get free crap, they will tell you a suck butt product is GREAT. Really ENJOYED THIS.
Wow! I'm excited to try this method. I think I'd like it better than the loctite spray and glitter then epoxy after it's all dried. I'm new at it and I'm on my second cup and neither turned out as good as I'd liked. The syringes are another brilliant idea! I've been using those measure cups, but I don't feel like I get them scraped out perfectly since A is thicker. I do like to pour on my epoxy with my gloved hand on the tumbler as it rotates. You can really feel where the epoxy is and where it needs more. By the way, I'm a new sub just because of this video!
Would love the Amazon link for the tumbler's, glitter, and epoxy! This year we are supposed to make Christmas gifts and I'd love to make these for my family members 💟.
Definitely suggest using gloves. There was a resin video that I was watching and it was noted that I can cause allergic reactions. I'm assuming a side effect of skin sensitivity. Otherwise, I love the video. Thank you for sharing!
Yes I work in the epoxy industry. You can become sensitized to it. Once you get sensitized you will get an allergic reaction if you are even in the same room as the stuff. It can be very bad.
Yep. I cringed when I saw her touch the epoxy with no gloves. The clear doodoo gloves she wore at first are even better than nothing even though they don't protect like nitrile gloves. I hope people do more research before they jump in and follow someone who is not being safe.
Hi thank you for your complete video. Even though its 3 years old, I learned something new, about mixing the colors in the middle. So do you have a video about how you made the labels?
Hi Alexandra! Thanks for a start to finish tutorial! Very easily taught-thanks! Can you tell me what grit sandpaper you used on the stainless steel tumbler to rough it up as well as what grit sandpaper you used to smooth the epoxy before applying decal? thanks!

Joyce Crecelius I agree this was a very easy video to follow
My anxiety came with the touching the higly toxic epoxy with BARE HANDS. 😳
I am like you too. She made it really easy
This is by far the best step by step I have seen after watching hundreds of videos. THANK YOU
I’m in awe! I’ve seen these for sale, and now I see why they’re priced the way they are! So much work and patience involved! Thanks for sharing!!
Not even all the time & work, but all the supplies! Then sometimes u have to buy a decal separately from another business...
How much would you charge for a cup like she made?
Woahhhhh... I had this playing on my car stereo and I nearly died when she started sanding!
Khadijah Dickey-Williams Saaaaaaame
Khadijah Dickey-Williams Hi Guys, our store selling different water bottles, can custom logo you like with cheaper price, please check our store, thank you.

Omg same!!!!!! It hurt my teeth 😭🤣🤣💀
Same here it gave akot anxiety

Thank you so much for the kind words!
What do you use to turn your tumblers
Great video.
You explained steps clearly without a bunch of "filler talk".
Thanks for the info.

So when its dry it's no longer a carcinogen? I'm just curious cause I was wondering if this is ok to use on a cup that goes in the mouth
candice johnson yes. My understanding is that it's only dangerous when it's liquid. When it's dry, it can't absorb into the pores of your skin.
candice johnson oh and if you sand it, be careful. Wear a mask so you don't breath in the dust particles.
Isn't it a shame most of us never knew about toxins decades ago (if ur in ur 40's like me)..no wonder why I have memory problems.. all the spray paint & crap in art class we used & toxins & particles were NEVER brought up!
Wear a respirator while working with epoxy as well
Like so many others have said, thank you so much for making this so clear. I actually feel like you completely explained the whole process and I can do this! Thank you!!!❤

You kept it simple and to the point!! By far the best video! You rock!
I love your video. It was the most informative that I’ve seen. Thank you.
this is honestly the best tutorial for cups ever!!!!
I should've watched this video before I made my tumbler and messed it up. I definitely learned something! Thank you!
This is the easiest and simplest video I have ever watched, beautiful cup! I can not wait to start mine!

I really wanna see what a leather mug looks like!!!
Great video and nice recovery👌. Your cup is beautiful..TFS. ❤️
Beautiful cup! You do gorgeous work! Thanks for sharing! This newbie needed the help!
Thank you! I appreciate that you showed it from start to finish with so many details! Love it!
I also wanted to ask what do you use to get the resin off your hands
This is one of the most descriptive and helpful videos I have watched. Thank you!
I have not seen this method of ombré. Very cool idea.
Awesome job!! Beautiful
Very pretty and beautiful colors
Beautiful! I’m a resin artist but have never done a tumbler. This was a great tutorial.
I am starting my first cup.😁🤞 and I been watching different kind of videos and I believe your one best on how to explain it for a beginner
You made my day by the ombré trick! Thanks
Thanks so much for the video!! I've watched so many of these cup videos and yours is so much easier than most to follow!
This was cool and exciting! Great appreciation for your craft. Very pretty. I'm interested in purchasing one.
Most informative video I've seen so far 👏 and I've seen plenty thank you

First of all, thanks for this video!! Also, using syringes for the epoxy is genius!!! I never would have thought of that!
Loved this, you are so creative.
I want to do this and start a booth at the flea market

It looks so cool! Thank you for sharing this with us.
I enjoyed your video. Thank you.

She def covered the fact that you should wear gloves in the video if you actually watched it you would know that and wouldn’t have commented it lol.
Great video, you covered everything, thankyou
I had to skip the sanding part LOL Loved this video!
Was your flesh crawling too???😂😂😂
Same!! lol
Me too!!! Lol
Sameee
Thank you for your video! It helped a lot
Best tumbler tutorial. 😊
I really liked your video. Thank you
This is very helpful, thank you for sharing!!
Great video. Good job!
OMG, you used your fingers to smooth it. Girl, I had Epoxy burn and it hurt like hell. I love the video and am so looking forward to trying this.
you make that look soooo easy!
Thank you sooo much. This may be Christmas gifts for next year!!!
Ty! Such an easy and informative video!
Hi thank you for your complete video. Even though its 3 years old, I learned something new, about mixing the colors in the middle. So do you have a video about how you made the labels?
Ty, I'm inspired now to make one.
Thank you for this video what is the pvc pipe rotating on ???
Good job! Thank you so much for sharing!
THANKS, that painters tape method really helps.
Hi Alexandra! Thanks for a start to finish tutorial! Very easily taught-thanks! Can you tell me what grit sandpaper you used on the stainless steel tumbler to rough it up as well as what grit sandpaper you used to smooth the epoxy before applying decal? thanks!
This was fabulous! Someday I might craft these. Today I bought two on Etsy which led me to seek how did she do this. These are cool ✨🥳✨
Best tutorial ever. Also, can you tell me where you bought all of your supplies? Thank you! Nice work
I love this thank you for this method
