    All awesome tips here and explained really simply.
    Tips #1 & #3 hit home for me as I started off with a $70 kettle and just experimented till I got it right (which had a lot of stuff ups involved). Keep the tips coming. Loving the content!!

      Awesome, I think it’s a great way to start but look out once the smoking bug catches you, so many options after that.

      @@RedSmokeBBQ Definitely! Kettle did me well for about 2 years and then upgraded to an offset when I realised I'd caught 'the bug'. No going back now. But not complaining about that at all 😁
