    When people use words like “greasy” “cheap” “easy believism” to describe the grace of God, they know not what they are saying. To describe God’s grace in such a way, they actually are “DISSING” God’s Only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. To down talk God’s grace is a “DIS”grace and speaking badly about the Son of God, for that is why Jesus came to give us grace, to set the captives free, it is not wise to speak evil of that which is good. Hebrews 10:29
    God bless you Andrew for not bowing at the foot of the traditions of men.

      Those who claim that grace leads believers to sin to their heart’s content does NOT know the amazing grace of God. They CAN’T believe that Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross is enough and they make the blood Jesus shed of none effect.
      They are prideful and arrogant. They want to boast that their OWN righteousness (their keeping the law) is necessary too. They ADD works to God’s grace when God says it’s by grace through faith NOT of works. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
      I have news for them.
      They will have the opportunity to wash their robes and make them white in the blood of the Lamb. They will have to go through the tribulation (while those who believe by grace through faith are already caught up before the great tribulation begins) to do so as shown in 👇🏼
      Revelation 7:14. And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

      Amen! I'm sick of my works and so is God! Praise Jesus for HIS work and HIS righteousness and HIS salvation. All glory be to God, all my righteousness is as filthy rags. But for all who put are faith in Christ, for all who believe in HIM, we are clothed in HIS righteousness. Hallelujah! Praise God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. All glory be to God forever and ever!

    Wonderful! Grace should make us so thankful that we will do whatever God wants! Of course we are human but no longer slaves to sin!

    I’ll give y’all a great example of this: I was playing video games addictively - simple ones like sorting as fast as you can, for endless hours. I realized if this was my job, I would be angry and exhausted at the hours and effort I was putting in. I decided to stop fighting it and it increased for two horrible weeks. Until I dodnt want to. (I also had a revelation, without condemnation, that it it was hurting Jesus and He was just bearing it, whoch legit hurt my heart). I havent played any video game since.

    "Romans 7:25"
    ✨ Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind serve the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.✨
    Brother Andy, Paul actually feels sad that he falls into sin.
    👇🏻
    "Romans 7:15"
    ✨ I do not practice what I want to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate ✨
    That desire to do what is right & the feeling of remorse at ending up doing the opposite, wouldn't come from the law. The law was meant to terrorise people into submission. Here the tone of Paul's words points to a heart that's eager to please God. That's the primary evidence of Salvation. Paul is mentioning his struggle with sin after Salvation & the hope that His Savior's blood has given him even in that situation.

      Christians don't do the mosaic law Paul wasn't Christian when he was saying that he was a Jew that doesn't apply to Christian. If you are in the flesh you are going to hell

    Thanks for the correct teaching.
    So clear that Romans 7 is not about the believer.
    Romans 8 - no condemnation for the believer.

    Is it wrong for Christians to read the psalms and proverbs daily or even obsessively?

    Waaaay too many ppl misread Romans to make excuse to sin and abuse grace.

    • @graftme3168

      I've never heard of anyone that has used grace as an excuse to sin. I think there's a difference between someone using grace as a license to sin and someone using grace as they are seeking deliverance. Sometimes it might be difficult to discern what is in their heart.

      @ its plain and simple evil and antiBiblical, anti Christian, anti historical. Once saved always saved and faith alone is an evil lie from the pit of hell created in the 15/1600s which produces rotten fruit *licence to sin

    Under grace I sometimes feel terrible if I don't wake up at 4 or 5 AM at least regularly. I want to say it is finished. I want to write about the new covenant experience, but I have no imagination. should I just keep reading the New Testament or epistles?

  • @papadavewatson

    Then why does he say, "It is no longer I who sins, but sin that lives in me?" A person who knows the law and is is Jew would never say that.

  • @missjanessa927
    @missjanessa927 Рік тому

    so basically what you are saying is that when you are born again it is impossible to sin? when we are born again we are born again through christ but will still be sinners until our flesh dies. it would be impossible not to sin.

  • @lima1877
    @lima1877 2 роки тому

    Sir I don’t think you understand the difference between Flesh and Spirit.
    Your flesh will always be bad, even after you are saved. If it wasn’t it would never again sin.
    The Holy Spirit enables us to have power over the flesh. We will not be free from this flesh until we receive a new glorified body. We sure are to reckon yourselves free from sin…because in Spiritual terms we are already made righteous, but no in the flesh.

      @wwilson4433But Paul is the apostle to the gentiles, appointed by Jesus Christ himself. We are to follow his teachings. Jesus was teaching the law to Israel who was under the law. We are under grace and not under the law.
