This video will show you how to make a nice Adobo and Achiote Oil for your Puerto Rican dishes.
Adobo
1 part Onion Powder
1 part Garlic Powder
1 part Dried Oregano
1/2 Salt
1/2 Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and save then in a small air-tide container.
Achiote Oil
3 tbps of Achiote Seed (Annatto Seeds)
1 cup of Olive Oil
Pour the oil in a pan in low heat. Add the seeds and turn occasionally until the oil turn a red color.
