The game iself, not bad but does it look like an assassins creed game? not really it looks more like a DLC/Remake of ghost of tsushima, my only problem with the game is that UBI is slowly taking away traditional game mechanics
They wanted to beat GOT and their way of doing that was by adding a black samurai with the option to romance the same gender. A black guy falls in love with a Japanese guy. That's what they have been working on for several years. They didn't put too much effort into the combat and stealth. 🤣
Alright, looking at this, I think I was a bit pessimistic. It looks sick and I like being able to switch between brute playstyle and stealth. Game looks amazing graphically. There's just one thing ig i'll have to let go, the fact that Yasuke is bi, it annoys me that that craps just becoming normal now, buut, I don't really care all that much because the good I've seen outweighs the bad

Also, it adds nothing to the original assassin's creed, with turning off lights being the only difference it added. They also have excessive, unnecessary and expensive microtransactions in game that made players outraged. Graphics don't make a game better. Overall, cultural appropriation, historical revisionism, pay-to-win, and disrespect to Japanese culture made this game so hated.

However, As soon as I showed him the games, he got upset just by seeing a black guy wearing samurai armor, which has a huge crest attached to it. You know what is the meaning of the samurai armor, helmet and the katana + Wakizashi? If not, I'm sorry, you are not qualified to talk about this matter. Those things are earned by bloodshed and honour. You can't simply go to the store and say "hey, i have money, give me bad ass armor and katanas". And Samurai with their armors on is not a common thing.
