I concluded before when I was casually reading up on the stuff years ago that one way to be extra familiar with what to supposedly expect with each sign personality-wise is that you have to realize that each season of the year (spring, summer, autumn, winter) is an element unto themselves that you need to consider ALONGSIDE the element of each of the signs. With that, it would mean that (for examples) Aries is the fire sign of the season of Earth, Gemini is the air sign of the season of Fire, Virgo is the earth sign of the season of Air, Pisces is the water sign of the season of Water (yes, double elements can happen in this "theory" I made), so on and so forth. What this further means is that the resulting personality of this pairing of elements will naturally create variety - an Aries may be a Fire sign (which can come out as feistiness) but there's a grounded-ness you would be able to sense from them unlike in other Fire signs that may just be purely ego incarnate (Leo, double Fire) or energetic but flighty (Sagittarius, season of Air)... or a boiling emotional wreck (Cancer, water sign of the season of Fire).

Interesting!!! I've always taken into account someone's Chinese astrology sign, too. I figure people can vary depending on the year they're born, as well as the month and day. It always felt very elementary to me. 😊

OMG!!! One of my favorite UA-camrs is also a Scorpio?! Sweet. Also, Pluto/Hades being the ruler of Scorpios makes sense since Im a proud member of Cabin 13.
The progression/sequence of the astrological signs Aries-Pisces is symbolic of a literal life's journey & a psycho/spiritual seasonal journey. Aries is the first house of self associated with birth/ Spring/the head & will. Pisces is the 12th & last house associated with the feet, winter, death/underworld or the subconcious. (Not unlike the Fool's Journey through the Tarot each sign has its challenges & lessons) As well as the 4 elements, the signs are designated as Cardinal, Fixed or Mutable & also masculine or feminine depending on the planetary ruler. Aries is a cardinal fire sign ruled by Mars, so you are getting a triple masculine energy. If you're a myth head or into the arcane, it's actually pretty interesting symbolism. As far as charts go, there is also tropical vs sidereal systems of division. It's a much more complex system than just birthdays if you have a serious interest in it.
My birthday is march 20th..right on the Pisces/aries cusp. Life has been interesting 😊

I'm a Scorpio Sagittarius cusp, and I have identified with both signs' characteristics, but I think I preferred it to catholicism growing up bc my mom was a huge believer in the stars. Ultimately, they're both ways that humans have explained the "inexplicable"...
Cusps actually aren’t a thing I suggest looking into your birthchart you are a set sign in each planet including moon and sun and rising

I don't really take stock in these kinds of things, but as a Gemini, I can confirm that I definitely do better when I have a buddy or competition, and have often been described as a tomboy (which I'm 100% okay with). Would also add that, when I was younger, I did a lot of artsy things from drawing to bead work.

I know very little of mythology. I've died twice in my life. Last August 2023 my heart, half of it swelled due to stress. I passed out two times at the house . The first time I woke up I was blind. When I stood at my kitchen counter and tried to call 911 I fell backwards yanking the phone on the counter with me. Still partially blind I managed to crawl to my living room to call for help. I made it to the hospital but I stood to take a transfer letter from the nurse. she said I looked at her and said I don't think I'll be needing that. she said I passed out and I died. They worked on me. the doctors said I was dead for a little over 6 minutes. I was transferred by helicopter to another hospital and had emergency open heart surgery. I had an 11% chance of making it. About that time I began dreaming about the afterlife . I found myself standing in the underworld. I couldn't figure out how I ended up there. There were a bunch of people that were dead. we were all being ushered down this stone hallway. It opened into a giant room. There was a naked male giant with one horn. There were also a female and male Stone carving that were alive. There were two large Gates. I don't know exactly what they were made of, iron or steel; they were huge. When you stood at the gates a symbol appeared on them. If the correct symbol appeared the gates would open, but if the wrong symbol appeared then you got stuck in hell / the underworld. You can take the test as many times as you liked but each time you failed they got to torture you and do far worse things to you. When the gates opened for me I stumbled upon a creature by dumb luck. The creature granted me a request. I asked for the scrolls to Mount Olympus. I was shown four ways. I climbed the mountain and I met different gods when I got to the top. There were none of the Gods mentioned in mythology. There were gods that were giants there were others. They really weren't God's they were ancient beings older than the universe. They gave me a task to complete. Once I completed the task I woke up from life support. I've written down roughly 76 pages of a draft thus far from what I can remember. I swear it does not feel like a dream. It feels more like a memory. I knew that when I woke up nothing in this world mattered anymore because it's all for nothing. I know the beings I met didn't care about religion, power, money, or politics. They didn't care about nothing in this world. I know too that everyone in the afterlife was all the same. You only had yourself and nothing else. I know that being immortal didn't mean you couldn't be murdered. You could be and you would just simply come back to life. I saw innocent and the guilty alike beating their hands and arms on those Gates when they wouldn't open. I saw so much but that's all I'm going to say. I've talked to doctors and therapists about what all I've seen. I know that nothing matters other than love kindness and forgiveness. I also understand what it means not to judge others. I will say the test at the gates is easy but it's also unfair.

I might don’t understand what your dream was, all I can say that I think you have given a chance to continue experienced and learn in earth. Because I had almost similar experience I almost died during my birth and when I got older I started having dreams about war between angels and demons. I had no memory of my childhood but I remember watching my mother crying before I was born.
That must have been some really good anesthesia!
I had given birth to my son just 3 months before I was diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma. It is an aggressive cancer usually spreading to the lungs, spleen, then to the brain. Mine had already spread to both of my lungs. I was given 3 months to live if I didn't start treatments immediately.
I had "died" on an operating table when I started to hemorrhage. Luckily, I was in the hospital for testing when it started.
I was only 21 but due to blood loss my BP dropped and my heart flatlined. They were giving me whole units of blood straight into my jugular to keep my heart beating, but according to my medical records, I was bleeding out faster that they were able to replenish it. They started another bag of blood into the other jugular while the surgeon used the paddles on me. It took 3 hits with the paddles before they got a sinus rhythm on me.
Next thing I knew, I was back in my hospital room with my mother holding my hand. My husband was far too busy with work to stay with me.
What was odd was my mother had fallen asleep while holding my hand and she told me she dreamed of my father (he had died when I was 8 years old). My father told my mom that I would be fine, but it would take a long time. He told her that he had work for her to do. One was to watch over their baby (I was the youngest), two, she had to take over the care of their new grandson, to keep him safe. This would give me the peace of mind knowing he was being cared for and was loved with her family. That would help me to fight. He told her that their daughter wasn't a push over and would fight until her last breath to hold onto life for the sake of her son. He said that after I was healthy again that I would fix a mistake that I had made and then find happiness with another. He told her to support the first decision and prepare to accept her second. He told her to never give up on me, there would be a time when it would appear that I would give up when the pain becomes to great, but I was born with my mom's strong will and his own stubbornness, I will be triumphant and from that time I will start to improve. You will not lose our baby girl.
Then mom woke up. She didn't tell me anything of her dream for about a month. She was convinced that is was dad who spoke to her and it wasn't just a wishful dream.
The dream was fulfilled though. After I got healthy, I fixed a mistake I made, I got divorced. Then a year or so later, I found my true husband. We've been together for 30 years this November.
I've read where the human brain has seizures and the electricity that runs through it can go haywire when the body is dying. The researchers say this is why so many people who come back from dying speak of tunnels of light and seeing deceased loved ones. I can accept that. But what made my mother have her dream?
There's another cancer story of an immortal crab protecting the daughters of a god and was mortally wounded but couldn't die so was put into the sky to end his suffering

@thearmchairjournalist566 you don't have to believe it or agree. Honestly, in order to understand that both feel true to me, you'd have to understand how a cusp works, they are about 5 days in-between 2 signs this is usually the few days it fluctuates between on different calendars. So usually one calander tells me I'm Libra while another states I'm Scorpio. So I personally acknowledge that switch by reading both. bc I always find that not all of one fits me completely. So I see that as I belong somewhere in between.

The description of Virgo describes me down to the ground. My husband was sitting next to me when I was watching this and he even said, "Boy, he's describing you well enough. Working past your breaking point, Giving everyone help at work so the department will get good reviews, kicking butts while my hands are trying to get everyone to do better and with all of that you never cut yourself the smallest break. My wife, the overachiever! Unlike most wives, you never nag me to do something. You ask me, then remind me, then when whatever time frame you had in your head passes, you go do it yourself! Drives me crazy!"
How, through the ages, did the astrologers come up with the traits of the signs?
Did they do focus groups?

It's always hilarious watching people that know absolutely nothing about it tell you it's ridiculous. Astrologers have known about procession for millenia. And astrology is far more about the planets than the constellations. Sun Sign astrology has made a mockery of the practice.
Not to mention, there are only 4 studies of astrology (the last of which was in 1984), all of which have long since been debunked. In fact, what's funny, is that they're tried in earnest several times since and the scientists abandon the study because they start getting the opposite effect they want.

My younger daughter as well as my Mom and one of my sisters are all Geminis and they are all nurses. Thus I know Geminis are skilled with their hands. Also I know Geminis feed off competition as my daughter thrived in beauty competitions when she was growing up.

Pisces here! Though im the first born of my siblings i look younger than my siblings seeing that pisces is the baby of the astrology world i find that funny. And yes we are always in tune with others emotions and its quite frustrating feeling like we don’t have emotions of our own sometimes

I have been a person that was always interested in Astrology.. I’m 62 and after studying Astrology mostly Western some Chinese .. the last year I have been studying Vedic Astrology.. it’s very interesting and a bit difficult when you don’t speak Sanskrit or Hindi.. or any other language but English 🙃so besides releasing old ideas and embracing new ..
