3:50 the installation instructions tell you to copy the files to Settings\username\gimp-2.6\plug-ins but you copied them to AppData\Roaming\GIMP-2.10\plug-ins. Does that make a difference? When you open the Preferences the are two plug-in folders, but you don't comment on this.
omg in contrast to 99% of all gimp plugins you cannot just copy it into a subfolder, but you have to just dump the individual files in the plugins folder
