Exalted Warrior! Thats the first time I've ever done this pose and I love it. I have trouble getting a good psoas stretch, I've even heard that its harder for men to find this stretch than women because of our different builds. But THAT WORKS!!! Love it, Thank you :)

I wasn't feeling 'in the mood' for yoga today... my brain & body were warring between 'sitting on the couch with movies today' or actually 'doing something'.... so I thought "I've been doing yoga everyday for 36 days now, why stop?just do a short one" (it's been a year, as of today, of almost daily yoga, but 36 days ago I subconsciously decided daily was needed) so I did your 10 minute wake & shake, & behold! Here I am finishing your Swiss alps right after your Sicilian flow. YOU, my friend, are keeping me sane & on track thru my journey. Thank you for all that you say and do. That felt so good, thank you for such a beautiful practice that hit my needs for both calm and challenge. FYI to others, there's a couple missing moves on the second side that you may want to pause and add in > side stretch/curtsy combo and then side plank.
