I'm backing off the coffee from 3 cups to a half a cup a day with ALOT more water. I drink dark roast it's almost as strong as Expresso. My joints and skin have been BAD since I upped my intake from 1 to 3 cups a day, thanks for this vid.
Been combining some of your approaches and it’s taken my previous carnivore stint to the next level. Grass fed ruminant meats/organs and fresh fruits like bananas, apples, wild berries, avocados in abundance. Carnivore/meat-based greatly benefited me but needed the fresh fruits
Great list, makes sense. Cleansing the digestive system must be important. Fresh fruit and sunshine makes my skinn super smoth, like silk. I eat 1-2 lb cooked meat and about 4-6 lb of fruit per day. Do 30 min swimming and 15 min sunbathing per day in Tropical Thailand. Feeling great. Great video, thanks Rob ❤.
I have. nuts still suck. worked with over 2,600 clients over the past decade and not a single one thrives of them, especially during the healing process. wish it were not that way. nuts taste great and are cheap
Hey there Rob, is it the coffee that causes the inflammation or the caffeine in the coffee? Do you see your clients able to tolerate caffeine in other forms outside of coffee? Thanks!
awesome video but it´s very confusing. What fats should we eat? You say oils are bud, nuts and seeds are not good and animal fats are the worst when they fed wrong!?!?? What do you recommend and what fats should I eat? Thanks
I think I would need a list of things that I could eat. I keep my eczema under control with coconut oil/ tea tree because the anti fungal properties I haven't had a flare up in a year. It's been a huge game changer to me but I hate the oil on my face constantly. There seems to be a ton of restrictions so maybe a my typical meal day video may help ?
I got psoriasis and I’m doing the carnivore, but I really crave things like apples - banana and other fruits, would it be okey to up my daily carb to 100? If I eat those fruits? And make my diet a more ketogenic diet? I have psoriasis on my face and I really want it to heal in the best possible way! :)
fruit is good for you. i eat 3 bananas before workout and it never kick me out of ketosis. also drink raw milk with raw honey . my carbs are 100g +- per day and im still in ketosis.
Eat what you want that does not trigger reactions. If you have dry skin, fatty foods like avocados + Nori are presumably good. Eat sauerkraut daily if your goal is replenishing gut bacteria. Undergo Organic Acids + Stool Test.
Hey Rob, good quality stuff as always but i have a question. I don't suffer and have never suffered from the same skin issue as you have, what i do suffer from is acne. Will these tips help me out as well?
Acne is often vitamin a deficiency! Try eating liver, if you can. Any kind of liver is good. The less you cook it, the better. Removing seed oils and grains as much as possible is also very helpful in most cases!
@@VictorXimenes Like if you have a Walmart ( most places should carry it ) near you, what I buy is the Bolthouse Carrot Juice but any pure carrot juice should work. When I get breakouts I drink a glass in the morning and at night Chlorophyll also helps but not as much I find.
@@rachaelthompson6841 thanks Rachel! Yes, i believe i recall this. Hmmm... now I'm wondering, in case anyone reading has insight, how matcha - or a larger subset of green teas - does for skin care compared to all of the green teas.
Can’t believe I used to eat so much flax seed oil... so if we shouldn’t eat equal amounts of fat and carbs, how can I gain weight while keeping some fat on me (I don’t want to be very lean)? Because if you eat only or mostly protein and fat, you grow muscle but might lose the fat, is that right? Please help! Thank you
It all comes down to caloric intake (per day). Rob was talking about seed oils in general. You are good to go with virgin olive oil/ coconut oil . Also eggs (from good source) are packed with high ammount of fats/ proteins. Once you are above your recommended colories per day, you should maintain your weight and not get leaner. I have a strict diet for two years, all trigger foods are known to me. For example, when I eat some carbs (above 50g per day -does not matter which source) I get acne in my scalp in two days. Above 50 grams of carbs per day -> also brain fog arrives. So, Once I cut the carbs and switch to eggs only, in 4-5 days all acne from my scalp is gone. I know, you can not run on eggs only for the rest of your life, but this works for me if my scalp is full of pimples and being itchy. I guess this is great starting point to Rob's phase 1. That's where I will be heading in a future.
Rob, the information about the cruciferous vegetables is incorrect. My mum has Hashimoto’s/under active thyroid and we’ve researched this thoroughly. You would have to eat an ungodly amount of these vegetables for any negative reaction to take place in the body. It is not applicable at all.
my research is based on the 900 people iv worked with. that data does not lie. these foods are derived from the data not research based on other people.
What about organic basmati rice is it good for your skin if u don’t add anything to it just a lil pink Himalayan salt i appreciate your video keep up the good work have a great day Rob

yes I did and if I would have continued to eat them I would have not been so lucky.. my videos are not just me sharing my diet and view points about my life. working with over 900 skin disease sufferers has influenced what I speak about on this channel more than my own story. with that said these foods are the culmination of both. if I were sick again, id start here.
@@RobStuart you were doing a plant-based diet for years and from what you told us it didn't cause any skin problem and you healed,if the plant based diet was an issue it would get worse within a few months maybe even weeks and you would have never healed.also you may think that a certain food causes skin issues but it could be a stressful episode in that period of time that caused it.it's not a coincidence that many eczema/dermatitis/psoriasis sufferers also suffer from anxiety disorders or other mental disorders.i think people with these skin issues should take stool/food intolerance/environmental tests to see if they can pinpoint problems and also solve their mental disorders if they suffer from one,it's not as simple as blindly following a diet protocol online to cure their skin disease.
John, I ate them because I need comfort and satisfaction from time to time. I am a special case due to food allergies therefore my diet is slim. They are SATISFYING on a soul level! Fish is the only meat source my body will tolerate and I am very allergic to eggs.

This pretty much summed up my diet
Spinach isn't a cruciferous veg, still contains lots of oxolates tho
such a smart man
It is incredible that there is no alcohol and that the nuts, when activated, provide a lot of benefits. you have to update your information.

I can’t tolerate any whole grains, especially rye bread
Rob what’s your thoughts on sardines and wild caught salmon tinned in water?
Canned fish is high in histamine so. Not good for us.

Rob should i completley avoid chia flax and hemp?. I put them in my morning smoothie daily
Avoid flax. It mimics estrogen.
