I bought 2 of these Ghost Nitric Oxide bottles and I opened up one and it was all moist and clumpy almost rocky so I opened up the their one thinking this one may had a leak but nope both of them were moist cause it wasn’t a dry powder! I looked it up online and nothing said about it being clumpy

I do that every day and it’s a great mix. 1scoop of Legend is a dose on its own so the scoop of pump helps increase blood flow without the added stim. Powerful pumps.

I would. You'll get some pump from Legend but nothing compared to stacking them. You'll fall in love.

Don't need it since you have nitrates - at some point your pump hits a plateau right? So this is sufficient, no need to add.

Difference between Pump and Legend?
One is a pre workout, the other is a pump.

But 1 serving is 2 scoops? Many preworkouts have similar if not better profiles if you double scoop it...
Yes but this is a pump product. You won't find a PWO with 2.5g of NO3-T Nitrates. I said this could be used as a non stim pwo for those who have issues with caffeine but with GlycerPump, Norvaline and Citrulline, this is a GREAT pump product.
They could put a bigger scoop in there if that makes you happy. Don't get all caught up in the 1 or 2 scoop thing. A 100 pound woman probably just needs 1 scoop, a bigger man probably needs 2 scoops. It would be easier to measure 1 or 2 scoops instead of half a scoop.

This product is trash, had to take it back to gnc for a refund cuz I felt nothing. I got better results from noxygen which is only 20.00 bucks. Their pre is good tho.
That's odd considering there's more nitrates and glycerol in this than NOXygen. But everyone is different
