Love the whole ghost look,even the shakers are some of the coolest but the products are pretty expensive especially here in the UK.

David Evans it’s a 40 scoop tub equaling 20 total servings for the 2 scoop serving. Using a discount code like “tayymills” brings the price down to $30 for a tub. Not too bad at all of a price when given the ingredient profile and officially licensed flavor

Save your money for actual food, work out, and get proper sleep. That's the best and most cost effective stack you could ever ask for.
As I get leaner it’s harder to get a solid pump.....maybe it’s just me 🤷♂️ but I’m running this pump formula mixed with nutrabio and it’s the most solid pre ever !!

Would do half of both at first, then maybe edge up 2/3 scoop or so. Pumps should be fantastic at that point.

Whatever you like. The key is NEVER to mix a full dose of this with anything else that has nitrates on the label. This is max nitrate dose
Just bought this at my local GNC. Employee told me I could add a serving of beta-alanine to the Ghost PUMP workout so I got some of that as well. Have you guys tried it with beta-alanine? What are your thoughts on it if you guys did? Great video!
Yep, that's a good call by him. Beta alanine is good to take anytime (3.2g per day total is the clinical dose). Not as much for pumps like Ghost Pump, but BA is more for muscular endurance, helping your body produce carnosine which helps buffer out acid in the muscles. Good stuff.

Yes, you can! The biggest thing with Ghost Pump is that you don't want to combine it with other supplements (or drugs) that contain nitrates or are PDE5 inhibitors (ie the blue pill). Ghost Pump is basically a max-dosed nitrate supp and for a great price too!!!

I get intense energy from a dang Powerade zero. Amazing hydration. I need something similar that lets me give my all without getting extra tired.

Tons of companies are doing this 40/20 serving thing. Usually the sweet spot is at 1.5 scoop or one giant heaping scoop. If stacking this with a pre with some pumps here, 1 scoop is fine

@@mmazone6860 I thought that applied to stim type of preworkout and that stim free was OK to use more then one that had caffeine
Ive enjoyed noxygen by purus labs. Its unflavored, undyed etc. Taste lil nasty if you mix with water but with juice you dont taste anything.

World, taste isn’t really that bad though, but easily mixed with anything. Plus it’s dirt cheap

This ghost is ehh, controlled labs "White Flash" is much better. Literally the best pre workout I've ever had. Has all the good's, and that lovely vaso6 🔥🔥
Two different categories, this has no stimulants, White Flash rocks but is 300mg caffeine. Love em both

You say no clumps, but lots of people say otherwise. You obviously getting a commission for promoting the product (hence, the promo code), so I don’t trust the review at all!
Obviously this is years old and time proved that this product wasn’t clump proof. We’ve been working with ghost to come out with pump v2 late this year with a huge emphasis on stability
