Also, it is high time we shift our government to the Parliamentary system which will give us a higher chance of getting the best leaders for the country. The Presidential system failed us time and again because of personality politics.

Clarification: One of the qualities of a valid proposition is that it must be expressed as a positive statement--not a negative one (Africa, The Art of Argumentation and Debate). Isn't the proposition in this video negative (eg. '... should NOT be disqualified) and, therefore, invalid?
