Can you get the filter on too wet or just replace

You have to leave it completely dry before putting it in. It might damage the motor and also it won't work because the vacuum detects that it's wet.

My dyson when the brush accessory i attach to it making too much noise is that normal )

Mine doesn't do that. It sounds the same as much as the other attachments. Maybe there's some dirt there?
