L.A. Reid (or Antonio "L.A." Reid) was very responsible for the demise of Arista Records label after Clive Davis was fired. He ran with the label as a CEO (2000 - 2004) as well as he's so responsible for the successes for Usher, Pink, Outkast, Cee-Lo Green and Avril Lavigne. After Reid gets fired from Arista, the label starts to crumbling down and went out of business while the artists for Arista signed to Jive or RCA labels. Reid was responsible for Arista's demise.
You said he was responsible for the demise of Artista. Then you said he was responsible for the success of the artist that you named. Then you mention he was fired and that’s when Artista went under.

Believe in JESUS, we are all sinners deserving the wrath of GOD, because we sin against a holy and just and perfect GOD. Therefore we all deserve the punishment hell, but GOD in his rich grace and mercy by which he loved us sent JESUS to die for us on the cross to leave his throne and suffer for us. To be the perfect sacrifice for us because he himself was sinless and perfect. That if we would have a repentant heart and believe in JESUS and place our faith in Him, we will be saved from the eternal punishment which is hell, and be given eternal life.
