Avoid Swift, i20 and Grand i10 without ABS. You can but their ABS variants: Hope you get my point.

Yudhan Patil vxl model of celerio is almost 10k cheaper than that of wagon r. Dont compare O models or Zdi as they are differently equiped.. Go and check the onroad prices..
yes if ur considering grand i10...but its of different class and comparison of it with wagon r wont be appropriate...but if ur considering normal i10 then it is not as good as wagon r as in terms of fuel efficiency and maintenance, it is definitely better in terms of premium feel that is missing in wagon r

Hi Gagan, my car is Tata Indigo (diesel), I bought this car in March 16. This year in rainy season when it's raining or even after raining I face lot of issues with car breaking, breaking system got very weird. Even a soft press on breaks and it's feels like urgent one, car gets stop at the very place with jerk like I break it urgently. There are many times my just saved from back side accidents. Well, u didn't understood the point bro. Alto was everyone's favorite and probably the highest sold car in India ever. The reason he is advising not to go for them now is because Indian roads have not changed but the number of vehicles have and so is the number of accidents too. So instead of buying an Alto, eon, kwid or Datsun go which run under power, spend a few thousands more and go for a car which has power, looks, safety and reliability. Thats where Tiago stands apart from the crowd which has all of the above benefits and pocket friendly too.

Well Maruti sells at a cheaper price and Indian buyers are motivated by money factor. On the other hand if you look after sales services etc. Maurti does a credible job. Indian car market and safety regulations are not as strict as Europe. It is important for the car market to evolve and this can be achieved by more and more competition. Hence, I would say Maruti has struck gold with Indian buyers and as the market will evolve their product offering would also improve.

Santanu Mukherjee I feel the ditto. I am using wagon R of 2003 till date. Used it like a truck. And never felt it unsafe or lacking power anytime. Bought second wagon R in 2012 which is equally good. My personal experience says it's a Best entry level car on the list. Looking at my experience my friends and relatives bought wagon R as their first car, and they are happy too.

Santanu Mukherjee I feel the ditto. I am using wagon R of 2003 till date. Used it like a truck. And never felt it unsafe or lacking power anytime. Bought second wagon R in 2012 which is equally good. My personal experience says it's a Best entry level car on the list. Looking at my experience my friends and relatives bought wagon R as their first car, and they are happy too.
