Bro, great video however in my opinion CNG cons supercedes the pros of having CNG. I own 2008 SX4 installed with sequential kit in 2014. At the outset everything seemed dandy but thats when issues starts occurring. Most importantly M.A.S.S engineers will not help you to resolve if you are facing problem in car and will pin it on CNG garage and it's vice versa if you visit CNG engineers so ping pong game begins. When it comes to engine wear and tear well there's more to it. People get habitual driving car in cng coz you paid to get it installed but the critical damage is the whole petrol line gets dried up in due time. Petrol contains detergents/additives that protects the injectors and valves from carbon buildup, it does happen but very less. In CNG the combustion system doesn't get this additives so the cabon deposition is very prominent around the injectors and valves thereby causing larger cost for repairs once the valves gets stucked. I suggest drive 50% of time in petrol in a year. Now with carbon in system the throttle body requires thorough cleaning regularly. Again with carbon in system the oxygen sensor (located near exhaust manifold) gets choked up in time probably with proper cleaning can solve the issue or else replace. Once again carbon on throttle can also cause buildup on MAF sensor, that requires cleaning but no A.S.S. engineers will recommend that except for replacing. Please not do not use compressed air to clean MAF sensor only use special cleaner for it which is not available in India. I got one from abroad. With all these buildup on instruments the idling of car increases. Again ping pong match begins and we are left hanging in mid air. Sometimes the engine light comes ON but it's due to carbon buildup on sensors. Well i learned the hard way that is why i am sharing my experience. After a while even the average on CNG drops. I am proud to say on petrol i get 12kmpl average on highway coz of regular checkup. I have 12kg tank and in the beginning i could cover 250 - 300 kms but these days probably close to 200kms. My car doesn't take more than 9 - 10kg of cng. I drive close to 4000kms every month coz my office is in outskirts for that reason i converted car to cng. If you are planning for cng than go for sequential kit coz that is completely electronic. Also become a mechanic to resolve issues on your own coz the ping pong matches gets frustrating. My daily routine, Firstly warm car in petrol and drive for 10kms and also the same while driving out of office. Keep few air filters, coolant, throttle body cleaner and MAF sensor cleaner with you and do it by yourself. Every 6 months gets compression test and decarbonization in car by A.S.S. Use the right engine oil for cng cars and also add oil treatment additives for better performance. When car is not running alot on petrol it turns to solvent so i add fuel system cleaner to be safe. Get radiator flushed and cleaned every year. I use radiator cleaner chemical and radiator stop leak for safety but consult your A.S.S before doing it. I am still facing idling issue on cng and few of my friends are also but it's not as bad as before with all the cleaning i have done. PLEASE NOTE: MY COMMENT IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. I AM NOT A MECHANIC BUT MY LOVE FOR CARS FOR THAT REASON I AM SHARING IT. USE THIS FOR INFORMATION AND REST ENJOY THE PING PONG MATCH. I understand you have commented that we can installed CNG in any car. I am using Volkswagen GT TSI from less than 2 years. Petrol prices have gone thru the roof today compared to when I got this car. Hence I wanted to check whether it is safe to install CNG in my car (I have never seen or heard any1 installing CNG in the German cars). And also is there a requirement of a bigger engine like 1.4 cc or more for the sequential CNG kit to work smoothly. Awaiting for your response.

I'm from Pune a I was using CNG for 3 years and I had to go Bangalore for 1 years so removed CNG Kit by spending Rs.400 coz Bangalore don't have CNG Available so when I came back to Pune again I installed with same amount and using successfully.... In Bangalore I was able to use boot space and care become very lightweight

wagonr 2013 driven 76k kms , mostly on cng , still runs perfect no problem in the engine. Just change oil filter , lubricant & plugs on time, replace coils on 40k kms , the car goes as smooth as new. No loss in power on CNG, Just keep your pumps & tank clean.

और आपके अनुभव के हीसाब से मेरे को ALTO K 10 का पैट्रोल मायलेज क्याआयेगा और CNG करते है तो क्या आयेगा?
