Watching a father and son team work together without “fussing and cussing” is great to see. Great relationship being shown is uplifting to dads like me with a son who likes doing our kind of stuff together. We make our gardening a bonding time and y’all do cars. God bless y’all on hope the old Turn Rust folks keep crossing to Restored. Hope to see another car clean up video by talented sister shown, just hope less carpet!
IT’S PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT KEEP THE CLASSICS ON THE ROAD !! EVEN IF IT’S JUST FOR PARTS OR FOR DRIVING AGAIN , ITS GREAT TO SEE PEOPLE STILL CARING !! KEEP BEING YOU GUYS !!! NEVER CHANGE !!!! 🤘😎🤘 Sorry for all capps !
This is my new television. No, I'm not some lazy teenager. No I'm not a bored, neglected housewife. I'll be 70 if I make it another 2 months. I'm a retired OTR trucker. I owned, drove and maintained my own trucks and trailers for 50 years till my health put me off the road. Enough about me. This is quality "G" Rated entertainment that can't be beat. Keep it up men. You are already bigger than any Car Show ever on TV. Excellent camera work by Christian as well.
Can't wait to see the rest of this, hope it runs after all that time in the ground. I'm pretty sure you're dad's about my age. He's in pretty good shape to be all that digging and cutting, when he's just supposed to be pointing and directing.
I have yet to see one buried more than that, definitely a chore just to get it to the surface. Love how it's a family affair.....keep up the good work.
WOW guys this was crazy ......buried above ground !! Great work getting it out ....also a lot of work !! Glad know one was hurt when that chain broke !! What a nest under that hood . Can't wait to see where it goes next great to see more old iron saved guys keep up the great work !! 👍👍
Enjoyed this video. Y’all went through a lot of work digging this truck out. When I was able to that, I would put the dirt and sticks that I dug out of way in the holes where the tires where setting once I got them up. Please keep up the work. Y’all are doing an awesome job.
This absolutely has to be one of the best recovery videos I've ever seen. You guys just keep killing it! I wonder how, then I realize it's the good Lord up above, it's your faith in him
Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30 Help us all be open to You Lord so You can use us to speak Your Words of Truth to the lost thank You Lord Jesus for the boldness of Bush flood them with Your encouragement. In Jesus name amen. Thank Restored for this Godly content 👍
I think that was the hardest one yall have done yet. It's a good thing we ain't up north. All them pine needles just hold moisture and anything left under a pine and years of snow just turn to dust. Good job guys. Yall be safe.
Another well-produced video - thank you. I used to work in a breakers' yard and retrieval of disabled or incomplete vehicles was a regular activity. Here are a couple of thoughts, for what they are worth: - The little jack will work better if you pump it more slowly - your rapid strokes do not allow sufficient oil to transfer between the reservoir and the ram chamber. - We used to carry some ready-inflated wheels so that we could swap out any that wouldn't hold air; no use when the brakes are seized but could be helpful in other circumstances. - I have an airbag with a 4-ton rating which can be inflated by a compressor or even a vehicle exhaust; it would give a bigger lift than your jack. - Sometimes when the winch is struggling a better option might be to hitch your own truck directly to the target vehicle. Looking forward to the next stage in getting this vehicle running again.
I’ve a feeling that dragging this one out of the ground and onto the trailer is the easy part. Getting it to run is going to be bigger challenge. Looking forward to the next episode.
Glad to see it above ground work is going to get better for you two I hope! Just checked the temperature here north of Pittsburgh and it is minus one degrees out. Stay warm and be careful! God bless you two.
Hi Guys, another great recovery, have you looked into a air jack? may lift the load easier, so glad all were clear when that chain on the block let go, I always lay a sack over the winch line to dampen any stored energy if it lets go...
I'm guessing you'd wished you would have used that tractor about 2 hours earlier! I think this is one I would have walked away from. Great determination.
Do you guys ever encounter any snakes in your adventures! Been watching your videos. Love them. Keep salvaging these relics. There is more metal in their liscense plates than in a new vehicle today!
That was a tough one for you. Looking forward to seeing the mess under the hood and seeing if it will run. Well done for all the effort of getting it out. She didnt want to get out of bed, but you got her out.
Good Seeing You And Your Dad Back At It Picking Up That Old ‘66 Ford/GMC Hybrid.. LoL I Really Enjoy What You Guys Do, Rescuing These Old Vehicles From Crushers, God Bless!!
At least you all are getting some sun to get you through a hard and busy day saving another piece of our history that is disappearing by the day. You are in the area that has the last few remaining examples of what life was like in a time that seems like yesterday but is getting to be so long ago.
I love your videos and your work very beautiful family union, I love old cars and restoration, a big hug friend you and family I'm from Vitória ES, Brazil👍

Been nice to have one of those heavy duty bumper Jack's. If you was up where I live you would have broke them shovels lol! The ground is frozen solid here. Can't wait to see how this turns out.
I must say I am your subscriber since the very beginning. Lately I can tell that the quality of your videos are superb. Documentary level. I don't know how you do this but I really appreciate your videos!
