HUA HIN -Best Day trips

In this video we show you some of the many great activities you can do when you are exploring around the Hua Hin in Pratchuap Khiri Khan Province about 3 hours south of Bangkok.
The first day trip on our list was to go out to the popular Wat Huay Mongkol, a monument to a famous Thai Monk that was said to be able to perform miracles. We drive up the coast to the lovely seaside town of Cha Am and show you some of the cool things you do when taking a day trip from Hua Hin. South of the city we visit Suan Son Beach and the headland at Khao Tao. We also visit the impressive Rajabhakti Park where see the monument to 7 of Thailands Great Kings.

I enjoyed joining you on your day trip. I would not want to drive around Hua Hin so is public transport easily available up and down the coast there?

Thanks Dean. Glad you enjoyed the video. To go up and down the coast you can get the train which is the easiest. There is also a local bus as well here is a link to check out www.thailandee.com/en/transportation-thailand/bus/buses-from-hua-hin-to-cha-am#transporttype-bus
But around town they have a Songtaew which is the Ute that you can jump in the back of and between 20-50 baht depending on how far you want to go you can jump on and off wherever you like. To go out to the Wat Mongkol you would either have to go on a tour or hire a driver for the day.
