But the most tasty laksa is the sarawak laksa , trust me I've tried all of them , it is so far one of the best among all others , but to find the best , it's that hard .
Yo guys, you have just covered two states in Malaysia. You have another 11 states to cover in Malaysia. By the looks of it, you will need to be in Malaysia till November next year 😀. Lots of great food all over Malaysia. In fact, Malaysia has been rated as the best food country in Asia. You cant get better than this country. Enjoy!
C is evaporated milk because there used to be a very famous brand of evaporated milk with a Carnation Flower on the can back in the 1950s or earlier, so that's where your "C" comes from.
Anthony Bourdain loved Sarawak Laksa so much he called it Breakfast of the Gods. He liked it so much he came twice to Sarawak to eat it. Each time he came down, he took two bowls. He even incorporated Sarawak Laksa in his food outlet in New York.

Nice Vlog. If you are still in Kuching, it is also worth checking out other eateries here offering other versions of laksa and kolo mee; then you can decide which one you prefer. Mui Chin Cafe (laksa), Car City kolo mee (v tasty but lots of lard used in the process), Nyan Shin Cafeteria, off Carpenter St (ask for the original dry version of their Hakka kolo mee; their noodles are handmade). C = milk + sugar
PENG or pink = Ice
O = Sugar
..
Ah nice! Thanks for explaining that!
Not really.. you could also use this in Singapore, Penang, and Malacca (in KL only in Chinese restaurant).
C is for evaporated milk, with added sugar
Nai.. for sweetened condensed milk
O... plain, with sugar
kosong... without sugar
.. confused?? 🤔 haha
Peng = Iced. Kopi Peng = Iced Coffee. In Sabah it is pronounced as Ping.
C is evaporated milk because there used to be a very famous brand of evaporated milk with a Carnation Flower on the can back in the 1950s or earlier, so that's where your "C" comes from.
