Wisdome in dnd is weird for a character like vin like yeah she isn't the best when it comes to trust and stuff like that which is conventional wisdome but on the other hand she is on alert all the time and is really perceptive especially when using her abilities
Honestly, if I could change one thing it would be to give her Perception proficiency. Regardless, when you're working with point-buy or the standard array, something's gotta get dumped, even if a character is good at everything. And with Wisdom covering as many things as it does, you often have to choose which specific aspect of it you wish to represent.
