I have NOT a sty of chile relleno on my eye. It's a white hard tiny ball right on my upper eyelash. No redness. One might find on the cheekbone, hard white tiny ball. I usually get a needle and just poke lightly and it comes out. But it's on my eye. A compress? There is no pain, no swelling, no feeling, but it's there.
