Not an especially stupid moment, but I was pulled over a few months ago for not having the current registration sticker. I honestly had forgotten to renew, but I didn't say that, I just apologized. The cop was actually surprisingly nice and just said "I know money is tight these days, but please just get it updated right away." I appreciated that attitude so much.

Story 23 sounds like it's from a comedy movie
To be fair, it's possible that you dont go over the alchohol blood tolerance, but that's only if you're a big guy and had one beer, not liquor. If the tolerance level is 0.08, that's effectively 8%, so bigger body would equal more alcohol required to be an impaired driver.
Ex girfriends dad is a cop. I was doing a ride al9ng with him when he pulled over a drunk drivet. He approached the drivers window and the guy says "Honest assifer, I'm not as think as you.drunk i am." The guy was arrested and at the jail he blew a .42 on the breathelizer which is 5 times over the limit of .08. It turned out to be the drunk's 7th DUI in 6 years. He was sentanced to 5 years in prison and the state siezed his $87,000 car and sold it at auction. My girlfriend bought his Mercedes 500 SEL for a little over $4,000.

Story 20, not sure if he believed you. There simply isn't anything illegal about being high and not driving. And since they didn't pull you over, the officer shouldn't interact further. Frankly, idk why the officer wanted the back window down. It's possession not consumption that's illegal. Something something possesion is 9/10ths of the law.
Some of these stories are funny, but some hilight that we live in the idiocracy.

My brother once got called into the principal's office, who was already interrogating a kid & they made him wait outside where he could hear. Some teacher had his car soaped; and, they thought this kid had done it. The principal starts with, "Do you know why we called you in here?" "Yeh. You found that pot in my locker!"
