The oldies never get old. I could watch previous videos over and over again. It’s cool seeing Rogan going from a new hunter to a disciplined archery hunter. Very cool.
If he had to go on public land archery hunt without someone guiding him he’d starve.

Because of your show. Every time i go hunting i make sure to just enjoy being out. I tell my friends all the time i come home empty handed that i just enjoy being out, getting a deer is a bonus. Great video!!!

@@seeharvesterif your a Nevadan it don’t matter man they can hardly get tags anyway and no matter what they get a set amount of tags in their own separate draw. We need their money they spend a lot especially for elk tags. Let them come!! Wondering how they got this tag must have built up some points or just bought landowner tags ( more than likely the latter). The ruby mountain archery tags were always 100 percent draw odds for residents but the herd has dropped down bad and there is only 260 archery tags for area 10 this year. I probably won’t even get a tag. Only saw 12 deer last year anyway 😂. But we do need the non resident money we should be conning them into applying!!

I'm not sure if this is your channel, but, in response to your comment, I'm mostly talking about people in general, not hunters. (However, we don't need the hunters money either.)
We don't need a bunch of left wing woke liberals coming here and ucking up our state.
We like the wide open desolate spaces, free from all the people.
On a side note, I think you've got more to worry about at home with what I can tell by the videos on your channel, if that's your daughter.
Ever Play Fallout New Vegas ? It's a flipped but accurate map of the state but in a post apocalypse. And even then with poor graphics and the settings the game is beautiful, at times.

Boy was I quickly let down when I realized this was an old episode
I gotta' hand it to you, guys! When you were glassing it appeared that the terrain and the muleys nature made any decent shot with a bow (with a 40-yard limit) an impossibility, and yet you went for it any way. Very impressive!
Also, I hope that Joe keeps in mind that when he takes his boots off, he sets himself up for a rattlesnake bite. That would be most unfortunate.

Desert is mostly the southern half of Nevada, even that is gorgeous. Lived in Vegas for 10 years and areas around there like Red Rock Canyon are incredible to just hike around. There's a beauty to the silence of the desert.

As a European hunter. Where land is not so vast and wildlife is far more common with humans.I think that bow is a gimmick. We shoot them with rifles and thermal search scopes and where also only 10 or 15% successful. Love the show Steve. JRE is great Joe.

This video was like looking at a replay on my entire month of September from last season. Just one missed or messed up opportunity after another. Lol would trade it though.
Stalking is my favorite way to hunt for sure, where everything you do must be thought out and every step you take must be delicate, all the while being aware of the wind. That’s not to say i haven’t walked up a trophy within 30 yards all by accident. Now sticking to a plan can be difficult, but it’s the way to learn from your mistakes. It’s more unsettling to change up a game plan just to come up short anyway. But that’s why it’s called hunting and not killing.
