It's pretty common with archery hunters. I have a couple pair of boot covers I use because some of the high desert has little tiny cactus that'll get you. I've seen a company called sneektec and the covers I use are sneaky Pete, I used to have a thick soled pair of leather moccasins that worked well also, they were still louder than the boot covers.

Because of your show. Every time i go hunting i make sure to just enjoy being out. I tell my friends all the time i come home empty handed that i just enjoy being out, getting a deer is a bonus. Great video!!!

And from my polnt of view he is much more conservative now I always watch his clips on Y T and his guests are from all walks of life and always interesting, so Joe, I am now an official fan. Shows how hard it is getting close. They didn't get one but it was a successful hunt anyways in my book. Scenery, stocking, deer in sight. Awesome stuff
People can talk shit about meateater all they want but its the only show out that shows REAL fair chase hunting. Nothing like chasing desert mulies with a bow. Thanks Steve
This was such an awesome video. I can’t wait to go bow hunting. What a great experience! Awesome presentation of what can be had while out on a bow hunt.
I gotta' hand it to you, guys! When you were glassing it appeared that the terrain and the muleys nature made any decent shot with a bow (with a 40-yard limit) an impossibility, and yet you went for it any way. Very impressive! Also, I hope that Joe keeps in mind that when he takes his boots off, he sets himself up for a rattlesnake bite. That would be most unfortunate.
