First thing aspirants have to know in regards with fixing computer problems is to identify and define what the words diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance to gain a foundational grasp on how each of them differ from each other, which computer elements they particulate to, and how they interchange and work side by side in terms of digital computing.
I thought that to troubleshoot a PC was easy but it looks like is more complex than I thought. I have no a deep knowledge with troubleshooting a PC but I consider that the troubleshoot depends on the PC
I fully agree. I work in school IT support and we regularly have users who claim they've "done everything" and it still doesn't work. Turns out they haven't restarted their laptop in months even if they said they did that or they didn't put paper in the printer's paper tray.
I fully agree. I work in school IT support and we regularly have users who claim they've "done everything" when in fact they did nothing at all. I ask them, "Can you please restart your laptop?" and they tell me they already did that. I check their device's uptime on PDQ, and it shows an uptime of 180+ days.... yeah. Closing your laptop's lid doesn't count as a restart.
Once I had random blue screens. But it wasn't any of the core components or hard drive. I didn't disassemble any parts for trial and error. After a while of scratching my head I started to suspect the wi-fi Bluetooth chip. Because there was another odd behaviour on the PC that looked unrelated to the blue screen. Randomly the PC froze for a few seconds and when it come back to life the WiFi was disconnected and I had a hard time bringing it on again. I replaced the WiFi module and the problem never returned. So look for clues. Sometimes troubleshooting is like detective work.
@@itfreetraining yes I believe so it boots up completely fine but maybe a little slow and I do see a red led maybe dram light on the mobo whenever it boots. The light disappears after it boots but when I restart it displays black and that red dram light just stays on forever
Imma sum it up for the kids who were forced to watch this basically troubleshooting is having trouble with turning on something or troubles back starting something
Troubleshooting is essentially the process of identifying and fixing problems or issues that prevent something from working correctly, whether it's turning on a device or getting it to start. This video goes into a lot more detail about how to troubleshoot when turning it on or off does not work. It's a valuable skill to have in the tech world.
It sounds like Donald Rumsfeld famous quotations ! Rumsfeld stated: Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know.
I assume your talking about Close Captions message disappearing. Back when we started releasing these videos we have people asking for captions even though they were already on the video. So we added Close Captions icon at the start of video to make sure people were aware captions on the video.
The video is about basic troubleshooting and general strategies. Is there something is particular you are trying to troubleshoot? We have many videos on different topics.

"I JUST restart!" *Checks uptime..... it's at 32 days* "ok let's try restarting one more time" *issue is resolved
