I wish him the best, this year I followed most LCS matches and this match against GenG shows how hard he's working, I wish him the best and that he has the energy to keep it up
I love that Massu was mad. He went in to that series truly believing they should win… against GenG! That confidence and high expectation is lost among a lot of veteran NA players due to past results.
flyquest subverted all expectations, from beating TL to bringing GenG to their wit's end. I hope to see them more and more at international events because there is something special about this line up.
We are all proud.. And this year really did gave us that hope that we CAN and ARE competitive against best teams in world and that gives us the fact that we can beat them if we fix some stuff..
@@Ben-dq9jz Who said they didn't try? Are you alright buddy? Maybe get your head checked or think about what you saying before getting emotional and typing nonsense online.
Again the meta is just a fking lie told by others. Like there is no meta, especially now that you can just switch lanes there is just no meta even Chovy showed the Yöne is weak and not that strong. Chovy played fking Kassadin and won, I think you can make every champion useful in pro play I think T1 is just a proof to this, they play literally lux support
I don’t think NA will ever win worlds but if a miracle were to happen, it’ll probably be in like 10 years when the new crop of players peaks cause the current crop’s meta is not even close.
6:30 is the reason why scrims against Eastern teams is important. You cannot properly be ready for such strong meta champs if you avoid scrims against them.
If you're referencing the statement that Nukeduck made early into worlds about not scrimming Eastern teams, right after that video/statement was made they actually started scrimming against the eastern teams.
@@jesus4945 Yeah I am following the story. But it is still true that they were not enthusiastic about scrims against eastern teams, which I heard from bwipo himself in some podcast prior to the Worlds. Also, Inspired talked about the “smart draft” by geng who forced quad to take Yone and stomped him by Smoulder. But it was a well known strategy in lck already, although geng is the only one perfectly executing it. Since Yone is the key op this year, I think they should have been more prepared for Smoulder by practicing with either geng or hle.
@@pomni8696it’s not that much about western teams refusing to scrim with eastern ones afaik, it’s more the likes of geng that don’t want to scrim with eu/na teams, it’s been the case for years. I remember bds members claiming that they got to scrim only a few lpl or lck teams and the best ones were inaccessible to them. Only g2 had that chance from times to times
Cope getting away from everyone. No doubt Fly broke expectations but lets be honest. This was a peaked fly and a weak, arrogant, gen g that made a lot of uncharacteristic unforced errors, and gen g still won in the end. Dont get me wrong, Fly performed extremely well, so much so that I wish worlds was double elim so I could see them again, but lets not pretend for a second that the gap is closing or anything like that.
I dont mean this in a negative or a weird way but is there a way to put your mic lower down on your or the sensitivity lower, it sounds like you are moaning into the mic mid answers ahahaha
Busio wins for correctly saying "Eastern" teams rather than "Asian" teams. There are Asian players on western teams too, doesn't make sense at all to say "Asian" teams
sure it makes sense. the asian teams are based in asia. no one would really call flyquest a european team either - they live in los angeles. players =! team
FLY did insane but saying that they can beat the best eastern teams in just pure cope. FLY made it to quarters without beating a single eastern team and only had to win against minor regions and their own region lol.
busio deserves a lot of credit for this series. He outclassed lehends in lane, teamfights, and even vision control. Dude was everywhere
totaly agreee!!!
Massu being sad after the loss shows he's got a winners mindset. Respect
You don't have to appear sad after a loss to have a winner's mindset. Some players are leaders and hold it together to check on their teammates.
Yeah, you can see it in his face when the game ended.

I'm glad he was comparing the HLE and g2 v BLG series. They did the best as a western team and so proud

Busio had some insane plays, even in the game 4 loss. Absolute amazing performance
Great interview. Busio so level-headed and collected even after such a rough loss. Respect to him and FLY

Busio!! Thank you for bringing hope back to the West!! You work very hard and Im so proud to be a fan of Fly!

Best interviews by far.
Busio has grown so much. I love this team 💚 keep it up next year Fly!

Flyquest performance (even if it was a loss) it’s LEGENDARY
I LOVE THIS ROSTER
My NA GOAT
So this is what happened to chris evans after endgame

Busio looks like Chris Evans (Captain America)
Busio really was the difference maker in that series along with bwipo while inspired, quad, massu are holding themselves playing against the bests.
first big fan busio
let's not forget, gen g took fly to five games, not the other way around. fly had them at match point.
Yeh fly won the best of 3

That doublekill was hype af. How does he not remember that lol.
Because GenG didn't try 100% until game 4 and 5 lol

Scrim with meta champions but play with non-meta champions when going a series against eastern teams.
