So glad your spawning tank wasn't impacted by the power cuts. Hope you manage to get it all sorted and settled before your holidays. Great to catch-up at AquaH. Would love to see some videos from your holiday mate. Have a good one 👍
Morning Rob, I should be about Sunday if you need an hand for a couple hours ? Also when away if you creat an idiots guide to your tank manual then if the wife’s stuck let me no & I’ll try get over asap 👍🏻
Thanks Darren I will write out some instructions just in case anything go sideways. I have moved the fridge and aircon unit across to a separate circuit and it seems to have solved the tripping at night so fingers crossed will be ok and I can sort it properly when I get back.
Rob- I had the same thing on my old tank with large numbers of halides and get it with my new one with loads of radions. Change the breaker to a c Type breaker if you haven’t already. I sometimes get surges or power cuts at night, which cause surges from the Radion power supplies at trip the B type breakers. I’m guessing you have the b type breaker on the Radion circuit.
It always happens at night though when all the lights are off, during the day when all the lights are on it seems fine, I'll get an electrician when I get back to have a look. I might split the light/pump circuit in two as I have a spare place on the board.
Same here. I think the c type will hopefully fixit. They have a longer latency, so any instability in the in rush current with multiple power supplies can trip a b type breaker, but a c type can withstand it. Metalnhalides do the same. Not sure why led power supplies do it, but the c type worked for me….
Cheers for the shout-out mate, glad your off the WiFi and on the solid copper now 😁

that's just encouraging bad behaviour Ron, wonderful offer though.
@@ReefRondo I’ll take one to look after too Ron 😂
@@GazzasReef no bother! LOL
Second! 😅
So close mosreef1
Rob how many heaters you got on the reef? Last time I had the tripping happen to me it was my D-D heater
@GazzasReef I have three but they aren't on the circuit that trips.
