Good morning Alecia, I taught myself to sew about 7 years ago. Watched a lot of UA-cam videos and made tons of mistakes. This year I gave up on Christmas stockings for my grandkids have outgrown my mantle! The count is now 14. Seems like every year I was making stockings because of a new addition to my family (like them all to match). I'm wondering if anything will be said when all are here on Christmas Eve and the stockings are missing from the mantle. Your little bag is cute. Love the stockings and the tree napkins I REALLY LIKE THEM! I get a kick out of the "bloopers" As always TFS have a good weekend.
I know exactly what you mean about the stockings, Donna!! I feel like im adding a new one every year as well, between grandkids, my kid's partners, and me, changing color pallets all the time, the stocking production just keeps growing. Lol I say hang some just for yourself as part of your decor and enjoy them!! Do what I did a few years ago, and tell the kids to bring stockings from home for the family gatherings. And then you can just hang a few for yourself and enjoy them!!! 😆 Have a beautiful weekend, my friend!!! Happy Saturday Alecia!! Today I start making my Christmas presents for family and co-workers (I’m so late getting started 🤦♀️), but it’s been quite a whirlwind couple of months!! I’ve told myself I can finish this, however, I’m letting myself have coffee, relax, and watch yours and Linda’s videos before I get started (laundry has been thrown in). Thank you for this fun video!! I won’t be making bags (I love them though however, I will not have the time as I’m a slug) but they will be on my list for next year since I’m not going to procrastinate (or so I’m telling myself) like I did this year!!🤣🤣 Have a wonderful weekend my friend, pray for me, I’m going to be neck deep in glitter and velvet ribbons 😻😻 (Thankfully Sharon’s gifts are already purchased!!)

Mary, I hope when you get started on the gifts you will be able to find everything you need in that "crap room" Hey, I was watching a previous video and read where you are a pharmacy tech. I too was a pharmacy tech. Retired from the VA pharmacy in St. Louis, Mo. I was the Controlled Substance Tech. Worked in a small vault with no windows for 20 years.
@ I’m actually not even venturing into that crap room🤣🤣!! I’m going to crap on the dining room table!! lol OH, and I bought more crap!! So cool that you’re a retired Pharm Tech!! You got to play with the “fun stuff” 🤣🤣 Healthcare is rough business currently, be glad you’re retired, everyday when I punch in I recite the mantra “One day closer to retirement!”
