This is the most lore friendly build ever. Would an greenskin do this for the craic: yes. Would Bretonia consider it a slight to their honour and set out immediately on a crusade to destroy him: Also yes.
Mark was warned to never use the "become giant" spell scroll around the area, especially not on rainy days when the ground is slippery and one can easily fall.
"Well, dude, dude, think about it. Bretonnia's out in the middle of the Badlands with some horses they barely know. Louen looks around and what does he see? Nothing but greenskins on a WAAAGH!!!!. "Ah, there's nowhere for me to run. What am I going to do, cycle charge?' Okay."
I want to write to the guys making blood bowl 3 vouching for you as the new commentator. You're so good at it. Yes i am orc high after watching this, but IMO youre the warhammer commentator out there!! Thanks!
The greenskin player did very well, but I feel like he shoulda dropped the gobbo without the debuff and maybe the spider riders for a mounted black orc hero with his aoe buff. It is nuts with wurzags waaaagh
But Indy you know what this means... its time for SQUIG-TONIA. SQUIGS FOR THE SQUIG GOD. TEEF FOR THE TEEF THRONE. NOMOMOMOMOMOOMOMOM. Did I mention the Red-unns go fasta for fasta nommin? All the more reason to SQUIG out and SQUIG it. (insert happy SQUIG noises.)
210% hate not being able to poison your own units with arrows. highly immersion breaking and throwing a unit of brit peasents plus arrow support makes them skyrocket in value for a dev given buff to one side.
Reckon that Greenskin build could've sorely benefited from bringing a BoB on a boar... the immune to psyc might've been enough to tip the scales there in the late game. Aside from that, though - great match!
I FKing hate the fact that Boar Boyz are so slow, even for a mounted unit, they can hardly run down routing / fleeing enemies. I've brought this up for the devs that mounted units should have a bonus for chasing fleeing/routed units, especially Boar Boyz.
Hey Indy, I had a thought about the army losses penalty sometimes ruining some pretty good last stand type scenarios. What do you think of the idea that army loss morale penalties are more severe if you outnumber the remaining enemies, but if you only have a few units left, it will be more difficult for them to be hit by those army loss routes? I think it would make sense that it would be more terrifying to lose a bunch of your army to a comparatively small force, while also letting dramatic last stands play out a little more. I'm pretty new to the series, but I was wondering what your thoughts on this would be. Love your videos :) keep up the good work!
And yet another defeat for pigtonnia. Guys, Boar Boyz are not good units. Under ideal circumstances you can maybe pull out a close victory, but you really aren't getting the bang for your buck. I don't think I have ever seen it work out, all I've seen is people claim it isn't horrible and then show games where the build ends up losing. Pigtonnia is a meme build. If Gojira can't make it work, that's all you need to know about it.
I mean, it is kind of a meme build, but meme doesn't mean horrible. Like I said its a niche pick designed to catch someone sleeping when they try and counter GS meta. I didn't play this game flawlessly, but that was a pretty legit Bretonnia build and I played it solidly and he was one move order away from surrounding Louen, killing him, and winning. Louen + 4 KotR counters it and it was still a really close game. And that was in a match where he had some obvious mistakes. Again, I think using a handful of UA-cam results as evidence of the efficacy of a build or faction doesn't really tell the whole story. I could upload 100 victories with Pigtonia in a row, and that wouldn't suddenly make it a better or worse build. If Brets go peasant swarm, Wurrzag + Pigs can run them over, simple as that. It can be really bad, it can be really good, its niche
@@milkandcookiesTW Yeh, but a "meta" GS build is also gonna be good against peasant swarms. It's not a good build against GS to begin with. Boar spam is micro-intensive, inefficient against most builds and isn't uniquely powerful if you happen to go up against exactly the kind of build it's supposed to counter. The only reason to bring it is because it's thematic.
probably some truth to that, but if people only ever brought the stuff that was best in the most likely situations, this game would be really boring lol. builds like this keep it fresh
@@milkandcookiesTW Sure. I just wish the boars themselves were a bit better. I mean, typically orc units tend to trade combat stats and a bit of leadership in exchange for above average weapon strength and individual health, but Boar Boyz don't even hit particularily hard, even taking their good ap into account. The game just doesn't give you a reason to use them over light Goblin cav which is a shame because they look cool and seem like the kind of unit that should be really fun. They don't trade well into high value targets and there's better options for dealing with low value ones.

Legend has it that there is a giant buried under the pillar of bone, his head on one side of the map and his feet on the other
The implication...
dey call 'im da 'ardest lad!
NO i just got that
@@Sir_Bucket 7:39 da 'ardest lad, cinematic view

-"My Lord, the Baconators are coming."
-"Ride out and eat them."
-"Meat's back on the menu lads."
this dude out here with 7 cav units when i cant even micromanage that 1 unit i have vanguared in the corner to take out artillery xD
takes a lot of practice! you'll get there ;)
Cav what's that I just have a black ork boiz stack in ever campaign game
Shit same here haha
I max out at about 3 or 4.
Way to often I put slow speed on so my little monky brain can handle magic, cav and single entites at once
That one peasant bowman at 8:00. Looked right at the camera and knew he was about to be crushed by a troll
*record scratch* Yep, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got here.
And the Peasants had much Bacon that day
Honestly, the Bretonnian peasantry came in clutch at the end after the knights got destroyed. Respect

It's well known that Brettonian knights use the D.E.N.N.I.S sytem.
0_0...
Bacon power.
Well played, Indy. That was a fantastic victory. Gojira is a truly mighty opponent.
Man played his heart out
They call me Mr Pig, WAAAGH!
Great cinematic shots!
This was awesome. Thanks a lot!

I caught that "because of the implication" reference, thats hilarious dude.
Wurzag on a boar ramming a dragon is the only thing I remember from this game and that's all I need
Absolutely awesome fight, and equally epic commentary. You are awesome!
The greenskin player did very well, but I feel like he shoulda dropped the gobbo without the debuff and maybe the spider riders for a mounted black orc hero with his aoe buff. It is nuts with wurzags waaaagh
Great replay Indy. But why not "Boartonia"?
Yes, like Bonetonia (Vamp Counts horsie build)
You mentioning Bacon so many times forced me to have 3 rashes as a side with dinner!

I mean... As long as you just mean Squig Riders by that, it would probably be more viable (Squig Herd are absolute garbage tho).
That Sunny in Philadelphia reference👌
There should be a mod for this! A pigtonia mod sounds like a legit ork tactic pissing bretonnia the fuck off like that
Stone Trolls are the real heavy cav of the greenskins.
I wish boar riders were better. They looks so cool but play horribly. Anyways, this was an exciting and new army to cast. GJ Indy!
That was a pretty fun and exciting match to watch.
WAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Thought for sure Pigtonia would win, never bet against Indy
Idk why but this battle map is sexy and stunning to look at :)

why didn't you call them boartonnia, it sounds way closer

for Bretonnia vs. Greenskins usually yeah
