The alarm hasn’t woken me up in almost 2 years. I wake up automatically about 30 minutes before I’m supposed to get up, so when I wake up, I get up and get going. Also, have been making my bed every day the last two years for the very reason he said, successfully accomplishing the first task accomplished, which has a great impact on mental health and wellbeing.

I just started the video so this might have nothing to do with it but I read your comment & it made me think of how often I wake up a few seconds before my phone rings or alarm goes off.
Similar to learning a new word & then being it often that week or mentioning someone & you see them after many years & things like that. I always say ESP. Also can be law of Attraction or just whatever we think on-we get-We attract it into our life & we all have this power.....it just that over time as we experience negativity & bad things-we start to moose our childish innocence & it's that Innocence & belief that allows us to use our strength.
I need to use mine now-I am attracting my own smile back into my life-Beautiful comfortable teeth & smile & great health & happiness & love & happiness & wisdom & peace & beauty & serenity & faith & creativity & resourcefulness & prosperity & humility & forgiveness & generosity & positivity & loyalty & courage & Patience & resilience & giving & receiving of all good things
