You're on this video because you are special. Not in a grandiose way. You are special because you engage with your higher purpose when others do not. You are making a huge effort. Be proud of yourself and keep getting better!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s incredibly motivating to hear that. Engaging with our higher purpose is a journey that takes courage and perseverance, and it’s comments like yours that remind us why we keep pushing forward. I agree it should apply all the way around and I'm a man. Also, if you look at the face of all these men or most men and women that have endured a lot of stress but didn't express it have very droopy stressed out looking faces. Their face looks stressed. Know if you can learn to not let things bother you even on the inside then I think these things are applicable but I don't think holding in emotions or feelings or important opinions when you need to express them is not good for your health hence the worn out face. Even my body has aged cause of stress since I've been older trying to be more stoic and what I've found is that you truly have to not feel bothered rather than controlling your rage you shouldn't even feel rage or feel threatened by bad people around us. It takes a toll on us any way you slice it. Life is tough even if it's easy.
Interesting, l didn’t see the male specific demographic. I’m a devout supporter of the stoic philosophy and when l think man l only see human. I wish you continued success in your growth.
The Stoics didn't differentiate man v woman, rather human. Some videos lean to the YX. gene but the theory is human including XX. Good luck on you Stoic journey ❣️
When kindness was the only way I felt "loved" by my parents, friends and other family, it's no wonder I became a doormat throughout school years. But as a wise saying goes, the burnt hand teaches the best. Thank you for uploading these Stoic teachings, they make clear what I have been suspecting for years now.
The breakdown of Stoic principles and how they guide us to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth is eye-opening. Thank you for sharing this powerful wisdom!
Thank you for 12 Stoic Secrets I listen to a lot of Stoicism for my own personal development, and create Stoicism related content to help others improve, live happier and more meaningful lives
Watching this reminded me that true strength comes from within. The Stoics’ focus on inner peace and control over emotions is such a timeless approach.
I like this, this is my take home message. "not focusing on the results doesn't not settings goals, it just means you change your definition of personal success"
I’m so glad that I found this type of audio. It helps better myself. After deleted all my social media out of my life. I now can focus on me. Allow myself to be free and have more time on video like this. Thank you
Thank you stoic teachings I found that today's lesson will help me on my path to discovering my true purpose and also moving forward with my life. To live for me and not others.❤

Unfortunately, I don’t have any memories of being loved by them. But, from that experience, I’ve learned how important it is to give love to my own children. The love I have for them is unbreakable.
I learn in several ways. One of them is to listen while using the transcript to write my notes. At 57 & with a Traumatic Brain Injury, I find it easier to retain if I take notes.
Thank you for the help in helping me discover how to take control of my life although I am learning and discovering things about myself I still need to practice patience and I am growing but I am remaining open minded to change and open to new ideas.
So happy I started my self development young. I can vouch this Truth from server trauma x3 by age 7 I was able to form the thoughts explained here to transform and find the gifts that came from it.
