- Weeknight dinners just got even easier with this lemon pepper chicken. Chicken breasts are coated in a bright and tangy lemon pepper seasoning, seared until golden, and then topped with a drizzle of the best lemony garlic butter sauce.
I always say that simple is best, and that's definitely the case with this lemon pepper chicken. I'm a busy gal, so when I want to get a tasty meal on the table fast, this is my go-to recipe. And in terms of flavor, it's almost a cross-between my Greek lemon chicken and chicken piccata, but unique in its own way. So it's quick, easy, healthy, and tasty - what's there not to love?!

02:10 Zest and juice a lemon.
02:22 Sear and cook the chicken.
03:10 Make the lemony garlic butter sauce.

Just made this and it was irresistibly flavourful!
I added portabella mushrooms to the dish, and decided I wanted a thicker sauce to drizzle at the end so I stirred in some leftover greek yoghurt. It was delicious!
