@@limeygaynor that sounds good, I don't like sweet tea, but I will make hot tea with green or Chai tea and some mint tea mixed. No sugar or milk. But sometimes I may add some local honey.
Fun fact: Wingstop was started in my hometown of Garland, Texas which is a suburb of Dallas. One of the initial investors at startup was former Dallas Cowboy Troy Aikman and was the "official wing of the Dallas Cowboys" at one time.
I always find it strange that ranch isn't as popular in the UK. I'm from Iowa and here in the Midwest we put ranch on everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. Like, I sometimes dip my pizza in ranch. But my favorite thing with ranch is a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Lettuce, Cheese, fried chicken strips cut into cubes, bacon, and a whole bunch of ranch. Delicious.
The gloves are worn only if eating the super hot pepper wings. Other then that you don’t eat wings with gloves. The mess is apart of it. Wipes are used after to clean.
If it's too hot for your hands, how can it be tolerable in your mouth? The keratin layer of skin is more protective than the unkeratinized mucosal lining of the mouth. Or is the idea that people wipe their eyes after getting the hot sauce on their ungloved fingers?
Unless the raw chicken meat is ground up, formed into a patty, and then cooked it’s not a chicken burger. A chicken fillet on a bun is a chicken sandwich.
okay, to answer your question on how we do run out of drinks, it depends on the day. sometimes, a fast food company will no longer have anymore sizes for that drink size or it's a busy day and they can't get anymore cups of a specific size for the time being, then that's that. i remember not having cups for mediums once, and i had to give a large size cup instead when i worked in popeye's for a month here in america. also, at 3:04, bless you sophie!
The size of the wings and tenders just shows you what hormones and antibiotics can do for your chickens. Brazilian citrus pepper actually sounds really good. And by the way, how much longer is the US going to use those foam clamshell containers. I thought they were being phased out in favor of something biodegradable like the cardboard in the UK. Heat: I love hot food but once, just once, I've had a food that was too much. I went into a local Indian place and ordered Chicken Vindaloo and the guy asked me how hot I wanted it and I said, "Make it like you would make it for yourself". MISTAKE.
I'm in maryland abs the wingstop here does not use the foam containers but the use a cardboard version of the container. Not the box luke the uk. It's the same shape and the original foam but just made of cardboard. It's a state thing. In maryland all restaurants had to switch over to biodegradable containers by a certain date. It's been like this for I hell like at least 5year now. Even this damn paper straws I hate! Try driving a milkshake or smoothie with those things. All places have not completely switch to the straws but it's coming so I've stocked up on plastic straws. Lol! I just can't do the paper straws. I hate how it feels as out gets wet and it collapses a lot
I always have to go with tenders myself. Wings have more flavor and for sure taste better, but there is so much less chicken for the same price. 6 tenders would hit the spot and fill me up, but 6 wings would leave me pretty hungry still.
The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York lays claim to inventing chicken wings back in the mid-1970s, when the establishment supposedly had no other food on hand to offer customers. Quaker Steak and Lube in Sharon, Pennsylvania, was an early purveyor of wings, and expanded to different locations.
I worked at a pigeon factory in South Carolina when I was 18, I don’t know how they go about it with chicken, but when I worked on “the kill floor” I had to snap the necks of the birds.

The gloves are more for your own convenience. It's actually fairly difficult to get rid of capsaicin off of your skin without a very thorough washing. So most people will just lick their fingers, wipe them off with a napkin or towelette and call it good. Next thing they do is rub their eye and then their eyes are burning because they didn't actually get rid of the capsaicin from their hands. If you're wearing gloves, the capsaicin from the wings never gets to your skin meaning you don't have to be quite as cautious.
Wing stop fries are hand cut from real potatoes, and as such there will be more grease than the frozen counterpart simply because frozen fries are made from instant potatoes, and have less moisture than fresh potatoes, and therefore can absorb more of the grease.
Just to explain portion sizes in the USA, In the early days of food establishments there was great competition. I think it comes down to value for money. Owners thought and rightly so if you get more food for your dollar, you will eat here.

So… Buffalo wings are what inspired the wings phenomenon. Blue cheese dressing is the original & traditional dip paired with Buffalo wings, though ranch dressing has become more common in many places. What stands out to me is how they’ve shifted to being a dip for the wings, which already have their own sauce, instead of the celery and carrot sticks.
