Rumor has it Ram is lowering prices 35% 2nd quarter of 2025. At 70 grand, the limited would be worth it. But I think both trucks are overpriced at this moment in time.
@@AROCTheMicconsidering I can get a fully loaded Chevy high country dually for 82k a 1500 being more Is ridiculous. Even a ram 3500 dually big horn night edition fully loaded is a lot of truck and with mark dodge 65k out the door yet I see this nonsense. They need to drop prices 15k
Thanks, JB. This is one of the better comparisons of trim levels I've seen between closely matched Rams. I have a 2017 Limited and most of today's Laramie trim has what you could only get on the Limited in 17.
If your Ram 1500 has Halogen rear tail lights google machine Recon. They make led conversion tail lights that simply plug into the oem harness. Reminder though, if your state does inspections, keep the factory tail lights to pass and swap back to Recon. Looks good on my night edition and have used since 2021.
I own a 20’ loaded RAM Laramie 5.7 Hemi, with air suspension, panoramic moon roof, heated and cooled everything, 19 speaker HK, LED lights surrounding, RAMBOXs, 392 axle, Del Montico Red Pearl. New…, 50k. Today’s RAM prices are too Mudda Fuggin high! F that ISHT!
I love the fact that they redesigned the ram 1500 but there is one thing I just can’t wrap my head around is why didn’t they transfer the V8 over to the redesign and I feel like the tail lights are a downgrade from the previous ones the old ones tail lights just look better but if they could fix those problems, I just named I’ll be in love but I’m I’m hoping to get into a 2024 next year 🤞 overtime here I come
Vehicle price $88K.Dealer add-up $10K. Buying this vehicle which I can’t afford with the money I don’t have, to impress the people I don’t know, priceless. Even if the monthly payment is half of my salary.
I have a 22 Rebel and it’s crazy how they have downgraded the headlights and taillights on the newer models. They used to have the best looking taillights on the market.
Both are way overpriced. I saw on another channel where they said they are going to cut prices by 13,500. Which is great for the cheaper trucks but it will leave these trucks still way overpriced by a lot. 13,500 off these is about what 15% or so, on a truck that increased prices by 60%. This will leave these still way too much. Great video though JB.
88k for a 1500 ain’t no way I built a loaded big horn dually night edition for 69k out the door then discount at mark dodge so 65k that’s a lot of truck these prices are ridiculous and it’s why I love Chevy I can get a loaded high country dually for 82k lol yet this cost more lol crazy times. All these things are nice but we want cheaper priced trucks especially for a 1500 lol they are like cars now
Compare exact trims and the hd will always be more expensive. Stop comparing your deal to a msrp of another truck. You obviously gotta good deal and this is just starting point.
My 2020 Denali 2500 Duramax was stickered at $78,400 brand new. Got it for $70k. NO half ton is worth over that PERIOD. I dont care what gimmick tailgate, screens or engine they have.
exactly! I was talking gasser but that’s even better getting a diesel for that. I’m all about 65-75k but 100k on some trucks is crazy. I’m like I can level/lift tires tint etc and for a few extra thousand and still be right at or under 70k. This truck is all stock lol

Overpriced is an understatement. Prices are ridiculous at this point

35% won’t be across the board, lower trims, might see 20% on limited

Keep that 2017 forever
This is the exact video I was waiting for

I had RECON headlights and taillights on my 2011 F-150. I loved them.
The most detailed comparison I’ve ever seen. Keep em coming 💪🏾
Can you dona review on the Limited Longhorn, maybe even a versus with another truck of comparison
I had a laramie in 2019 and my had 12 way adjustable seats and all my lights were leds they really cheep out with the new one
You supply the greatest reviews

I love both truck but prices are out the mind !!
Thank you!!!

Is a 30k price refund an option?
Denali Ultimate runs at 85k . I like that limited but that Denali does looks nice too .
A few weeks back saw a 1500 of older presumably model in my Trinidad, outside NA. Wanted to see a vid of since.
Gonna start looking thru your past vids… have you ever did a review rating the 3 Ram vs GM vs Ford diesels

Did you notice the ram 1500 cab seems smaller than the Ford and GM counterparts? Especially driver leg room?
Ram prices are wild. All truck prices really.
Clear winner is the service shop
For the price of the Limited I’d want the 2500 or 3500 but with the same options.
I have a 22 Rebel and it’s crazy how they have downgraded the headlights and taillights on the newer models. They used to have the best looking taillights on the market.
I paid as much for my '21 LIMITED as that LARAMIE costs today. I really hope RAM lowers pricing! 🙏
I concur!
I’ll pass and keeping my TRX

@ yeah but that’s the issue the starting point is 88k that’s ridiculous lol even the hd version is like 90k just crazy but oh well

V8 please...
Stellantis must pay you and racer xs mortgage these days cus you guys are completely off the rockers for these stellantis products.
88k for a half ton?! 🤣🤣 no wonder they are on the verge of going under!
Covers on trucks with Ram boxes are so HIDEOUS, idk what ram was thinkn with that design
what the shit, 88k buys you a 2500 ZR2
I will take the Laramie, don’t want to pay for premium gas, that’s just wasting money
both way to expensive! horrible engine and quality issues. I'll pass
Both trucks are over priced. Just like GM denali
Test the 2025 Grand Wagoneer with the 540 hp
All a bunch of money grab
