My TX A constantly turned on, can't turn off, What's the solution? When the TXs and the RX in the charging case they are constantly on, I can't turn them off and so it's drain constantly. It is useless like this ... :-(
Hello Godox, I really love your product. I use it mainly for my projects, but sadly, I left my Transmitter B at an event. I saw online that there's a transmitter for sale, but it's a Transmitter A. How can I replace my Transmitter A to into transmitter B. I don't want to change system because I'm so satisfied with the performance of my Godox M2

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. Apologies for any inconvenience, but currently, the date on the files cannot be altered. However, Virso will automatically record for half an hour per file, and you can manually edit or splice it after the recording is completed.

Par contre, je suis entrain de tester les microphones Virso M2 et je n'arrive pas brancher le récepteur à mon samrtphone Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe qui ne possède pas de port jack audio 3.5 mm ? quel cable dois je utiliser pour faire fonctionner vos superbres microphones sur mon smartphone Samsung ? merci d'avance pour votre réponse !
Bonjour, merci pour votre retour! Pour les appareils sans trou de 3,5 mm, vous pouvez utiliser un câble adaptateur USB-C vers 3,5 mm avec fonction de transmission audio pour connecter le câble TRS-TRRS. J'espère que cette réponse vous sera utile.🙂

Re Bonjour, je reviens vers vous pour vous dire que j'ai résolu mon problème et j'espère que cela pourra aider d'autres utilisateurs qui rencontrent le même problème que j'ai eu. En fait mon soucis venait que j'utilisais qu'un seul microphone et que le récepteur était configuré en stéréo. J'ai donc utilisé l'adaptateur dont vous me parliez dans votre précédente réponse , la fiche noire du cable orange est branchée sur le récepteur et la prise grise sur l'adaptateur. J'espere pouvoir aider certaines personnes. Du coup l'audio est vraiment bon. Ca serait peut-être une bonne idée que vous fassiez une vidéo pour expliquer aux utilisateurs comment brancher ces microphones avec un smartphone car hélas, tout le monde n'a pas les moyens d'acheter un appareil photo . Merci en tout cas pour votre aide. Bonne journée à tous

Who asked for one-press mute? Too easy to put it in mute unintentionally! Is it possible to disable?

Yes! You can still use SRX with other cameras, just via the 3.5mm cable included in it!
