Please ask 4 more questions of every guest:
    1. The best advice they've received in life from someone.
    2. Their biggest mistake in life.
    3. Their biggest regret in life.
    4. What they learned too late in life that they should have learned earlier
Love your effort ❤ Keep going

Alright, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself

I am one of many people who has benefited from investing with Regina Louise Collaro, and you are right. When I lost my work due to COVID in 2020, I had no reason to live, and it will always be a memorable year in my life. I owe Regina my life since she made it feasible for me to live well through passive income. To be very honest, I believe she is an angel who was sent to assist individuals who are through financial hardship.

    As a middle
Class person , it’s impossible to retire early , even if u want . What would u do by retiring?
    Work till ur last Breath.
The moment u start ur career , invest in index funds and slowly build a portfolio.
Buy lands instead of an apartment.
Sell those lands at premium and buy a house or apartment.
Never take a loan and live as per ur means .
Money is the root of all evils and
Everything can be solved by money .
    I believe somewhere in between.
    I m 51 and will retire officially at 60.
But I wouldn’t stop working till my last breath.
You should have a strong purpose if u wanna retire .
Otherwise u can die of boredom

People who had good careers before 2010 dont matter to be fair. Nearly everyone which a good corporate job could be a millionaire now just via simple real estate investments. If they are not, its their fault. Infact i often call the IT guys who had good salaries in 2000-2010 are the luckiest since they were earning more than required.
The real people advising should be people who started earning after the 2008 market crash due to Lehmann. Nearly everything went sprialling and since then there have been several crashes which has made even a 2 Lakh pm paycheck seem less !

His (James werden) technical analysis is excellent and his interpretation/projections of the market is so accurate I sometimes ask myself if he's human haha. Point is, James is the perfect trader to follow for advise and daily signals.

1stly.i would recommend to invest in secure funds (NPS, EPF, PPF etc) > real estate > gold > mutual funds (could be dept funds or equity). Also pls ensure that invested funds should return your money in every 5 years, 10 Years, and 20 Years accordingly
By that way we can be secured. require in detail plan.
