@@financewithsharan This was a really good interview, Sharan. If I may provide one tiny feedback, it’s that you should let your guests finish their sentences. They are often cut short and the interview becomes a plain QA session, though it has the potential to be much more!
@financewithsharan Please sharan be like this only..I watch you because of this..if you do too much of sweet talking that will come across as fake and will turn for people who are really interested.

Many things we have to learn from conard sir 1) never stop learning 2) hard working 3) never give up attitude 4) make new friends 5) take risk in lifes 6) avoid unnecessary expenses 7) let your saved money do work for you even if you are sleeping 8) be good in communication skills other you can't sell your products even they are worth

Very inspiring story. This man had that fire to move ahead no matter what and he never hesitated to learn and move into absolutely new fields. Incredible 🎉
What a rich life this person has lived totally opposite to someone doing the same job over and over for the rest of their lives ....and taking such decisions is not easy ....he was quite smart and brave .....truly truly inspiring.....the kind of life id like to live....some uncertainties.... some risks but massive learnings and stories to share ..... Thank you for bringing him on the channel
What a man he is.. Thanks for this Episode Sharan. One advice for u Sharan would be, don't ask the questions which ur guests hesitate to answer, for example, u asked from which state his raw materials coming fom. These questions firstly make them uncomfortable to answer, secondly these won't add any value to viewers anyway. U can avoid such Qs.
My humble and sincere thank you to Sharan and Conrad for this interview. This interview will be my favorite, reminding me that the world is a place of boundless opportunities for those who seek it. Keep up your great work Sharan 😇.
Huge respect to this guy it was a cake walk for him to switch so many fields without even any doubt or question in his mind that how will he win. All the best to his solar journey.
Thanks for bringing this up Sharan. I am 37 and was losing hope in my career. This slaps at my face showing that there are ways to turn your career in a new path even in the late 30s. Key is to constantly keep learning new things every single day. 👍🏼
Perseverance is the word with this guy!! He is open to learn new things and try out new areas.. Hope he has thanked his mother and now living with his mother who actually gave the initial push /wings by giving her husband money of 2Lacs!

So inspiring. He is never afraid of taking risks - the major problem which today's generation faces. "Holding a degree in a field and persisting in a job they don't even enjoy for their entire life." 😑
Amazing discussion and lots of learning !! Outward thinking , challenging the status quo , not staying in comfort zone , transformation , fail fast than fail late were key learning.
Many Goans should take a leaf out of this man’s journey! From where does he get all that energy and enthusiasm … he can also be a visiting faculty at top B Schools! There is a lot to learn from him .. one session with Sharan is not enough
One of the best examples for never giveup. He is such casual talking about the risk he took in life. 😮. Thanks Sharan for such a wonderful interview. ❤❤❤

Wow..very good interview Sharan. He was so humble and grounded. Totally motiivated me. Learnt how to value life and grab opportunities as it comes. Liked the fact that he didnt go gaga on look how much i make. Wish him the best for his future plans.
Absolutely a brilliant interview that one can take an idea or two. Unlike the ones that I get to see on other channels that talk about very high networth individuals who made money from startups/ stock options / very high salary. Please get people like these who we can relate to. Keep up the good job
Oh that's amazing interview and amazing life journey of his story. Mind blowing, postivity and he didn't told anywhere in his story a negative thoughts. That's a good spirit for me today. Something I learned today from this video. Tonnes of thanks to sharan bro.
Itseems like he never stopped learning. Good to hear from him. But, i didn't feel like conversation, instead its feel like an job interview, simply shooting questions. Which make us feel like when it will end.
I appreciate the way interviews are structured. There's no time wasted, just question after question. Great podcast, Sharan. Keep up the great work! Lastly, this man teaches us that nothing is impossible if you are willing to do it.
The best decisions one should think about right now is to have different sources of income and never depend on the govt. especially with the current economy situation in the country alot of people now invest digital with their mobile devices, i invest in crypto trading and it pays massively

Amazing experience I gone through this interview. Bravo man. Learning is nothing is impossible if you are dedicated to your doing at the same time connected to reality. 👏
The guy shut down chocolate company because the FD rates were similar to his profit margins. But the FD interest rate being 15% per annum but his business would earn that much monthly. Something doesn't sum up 🤔
Hi Sharan, first time I am watching your videos and I wouldn't be saying heartful thanks to you. Please do and expect so many of this kind of inspirational videos, thus anyone plans their lives. Please keep it up and look forward to your future videos. Once again Thanks.
What I realised is people run behind money, sucess, name, fame and totally forget about personal life. 90% of the people I have seen with lot of money would be devorced living alone.
