@@Troop3r666 Having played the game quite a bit, you know when an area, outpost, base or a village is clear. Same goes with buildings, once you know what to look for and listen for you can straight up ignore checking corners or run inside a building, without a worry in the world. Because the enemy in that game has a compulsive need to tell where they are. You also intuitively learn where the enemy can / will hide and while behind cover they sway a bit out of the cover so you can see they are there.
But yea I really like him calling out "bad strats" regardless.

The idea of being a ghost is mostly not to be seen, to complete missions covertly, in and out with minimal or no enemy knowing you have been there. Many of the missions in this game, it is not really possible to actually be ghostly. I prefer finding a high vantage point then snipe hitting the targets to clear as much as I can find before moving into the target area. I don't like to go close quarters combat, safer not to unless you absolutely have to.

Also found out the fun way that those predictable routes the AI takes is for our safety, not theirs. As soon as the shooting started, some broke line of sight and flanked seemingly out of nowhere. Even while facing away from them, they still flashbanged the room and had me hugging a corner before I realized the callout was from a different room. I remember my game but too bad I didn't record it. I did a random matchmake at wildlands ghost mode or I forgot what u call it just that game mode where u start again when you die. Made a perfect mission with like 50+ baddies on a church with my team, two random people. No drones used, our overlook/sniper guy did the thing while two of us are the forward team. Perfect comms, never spotted, no shot missed and no unnecessarry sprints to make it even more realistic. Arms pointed to the directions needed and much more realistic stuff. Literally like the game ready or not but in third person. Even the warning for being spotted did not appear as our sniper guy tells us when the baddies turns around or not looking at our way so we can make the shot. Did it for almost 30 mins and it seem like a movie. Too bad my other forward guy disconnected and we never took the friend request. I just then realized, you can actually add recent players but that was after 2 days when I played with that guy. I did a breakpoint realistic mode matchmake and first team, smoked a bazooka on me. Carried me at his back with no plans of reviving so I disconnected. Will never matchmake on breakpoint lol.

I think he's rolling with a Bren actually. It looks just like a SCAR with 20-20 vision... 20 mph, 20 feet away. Lol
For some reason, the Bren has the best damage in this game.

The thigh holster thing always bothers me in that game I’d never personally carry that way, a mid rise safari land is miles better for movement

At least Breakpoint, let's you move the bodies, to avoid early discovery. Unlike Wildlands, where you pretty much take your chances. Both games do certain things well. It's just getting one, to do everything well. I absolutely love the CQC in Breakpoint, the stealth slit their throat quietly stuff, stash the body, then move on. And I use it, as often as possible.
Admittedly, by no means, was I ever a frogman, recon, airborne, or any other kind of operator. The most I ever did, was a short stint, as as an Army grunt, light wheel mechanic. And never did anything, quite like this, while serving. So I'm sure your opinion, is much more qualified, to speak on the proper way, to breach a room, or the importance of not remaining, in one location, for too long a period of time. Especially if you've already fired from that location and given away your position. But it doesn't stop me, from trying to do it, the right way. Or at least, how I imagine, the right way would be. Now, if I could just get my damn ai companions on board with the plan, instead of giving away our position, and getting me killed in a firefight. But that's neither here nor there..
But I do love, hearing the pro's, with tips, on how to do it, more proper. So thank you..

PLEASE go review my footage of this mission Snow Trail! I tend to play more immersive and more realistic on every scale. I love watching you guys review footage but unfortunately I don’t believe the ones playing are showcasing the best aspects about this games mechanics or most of all a tactical mindset. Like you said….dude parachuted into a rock when it’s nothing to land on your feet!

In the real world, do soldiers really point their laser in the direction they are heading. Wouldn’t that give their position away? I know you can’t really point it at the ground till you have a target. I don’t know maybe this was answered.
