@@Rockn-UV I do. People have a hard time following clearly posted rules. I’m certain it’s due to the massive pits. It was not safe for beginners and children any longer. It’s unfortunate as it was still loaded with amazing things to be found.
So you’re entering from the main road trail head side of the river? I’ve always gone in from the other side of the river so I’d love to check out a “new spot”
I did in this video. I usually take the trail in across the river and go down to the collecting area by the shaft. And then hike straight up the hill to get back to the road and walk to the truck from there. That Lil parking area is big enough for 2 cars maybe. The side I was on filming has 2 areas u can park a few cars and is a quick walk down.
