Sunday is the day to go. Much less crazy and not near as crowded. Was with Kevin the Knife Doctor and his wife before you met him for lunch. I gave them my table as I was leaving and he mentioned you all would be meeting. He asked if I could stay, but knew you all would be taking about being ship mates years ago and I didn’t want to spoil you all’s conversation. Love you channel and you teach me things every time you’re on. Semper Fi from an old air wing Marine !!!
@@rasputinscastle that’s cool, did it take a while for them to get your tracking number? They haven’t processed mine yet, hopefully it will get situated
@@ebertcombs6610 I find Chicago knife works is slow. Like ten days. I don't think they maintain inventory. They order there knives from blue mountain Cutlery. I've always got my knives from them. They are slow.
Great stuff brother. It felt like i was right back at blade show. Miss it already. Really wish i had met up with you. I missed you and Kevin both. Man wasn't that vintage guy lucky. That man had some serious knives
Yep, that dude had some awesome knives. If you get Sargents American Premium Guide To Knives & Razors Identification and values , it has the best picture representation of Case knives I've seen. Besides collector pictures of the Case models, there is a large section on Case knives with no model number.
Thanks for highlighting the Vendors at the show 👍 good stuff
You're welcome, brother 🙏
‘Sharing’ and learning from the venders IS the best part!
I agree ! Great content as usual . Thanks for bringing us along for the ride!

You're welcome, brother. My Nieto Campania was stiff. I've been working it, and it's smoothing out.

In your intro, right at about 0.58 there was what looked like a Case 75 stockman with a bail. I have never seen one of those before.

So much to see; it looks overwhelming.
old slipjoint knives at knife shows are usually way over priced but folders are great prices
Yes, there were definitely some great prices on modern folders.
👍🏼👍🏼
I was wondering if ozark trail had a booth?
I didn't see one.
