    Nice video Sage ! Saw your L/R balance looks like your right leg has more ground contact (have the same issue). Any advice on how to fix such unbalance?

    I have about 7 to 8 cm of vertical oscillation. I think it's due to me not being mobile enough to push my legs behind me far enough so I push myself upward to at least get somewhere. Also need to increase my cadence. Was on a good path for improvement but after COVID i landed back down at 164 spm

    I'm starting to think about switching from Garmin to the Coros line, but the Pod isn't catching my eye. Good look into what it does though. Cheers

    If we are heel striking, does that mean our stride is too long? My knees ache more the next day after running. I do think I may have borderline osteoarthritis in one knee… any tips or advice?

    Does the Coros Pod 2 help with accuracy when running in an indoor track? I ran for the first time in an indoor track and of course gps is bad in this building,

    garmin lunched this dynamics in 2013 with fr620 model. I find this metrics useless. Basic algorithm, whats showing that for faster you run, for better is dynamics. It is like to say - if You run faster, your marathon time will be better.
