    Will these exercises affect pec minor rehab and get it back to normal for chest exercises as it used to be?

      @@niksananiksanov6777 depends on a lot of factors… severity… activity level… what your currently doing etc

      @@obavos From scale of 10 is 2, its tolerable,can do chest exercises,just doesnt feel right compared to my other pec,no imbalances. 2 times a week doing chest workout,mainly bench,flies,dips,push ups. Changed the exercises,the same. On machines the irritation feels on the squeeze position,stretch is fine , on the bench press and push ups on bottom position on the stretch. Implemented ice,rested, the issue is reminding of itself.
      What ive encoutered was mainly pec wall stretches and hands behind body. No issues doing any other muscle groups.
      Am i on the right video and if there is another one you'd like me to implement regarding strengthening exercises. Thanks

      @@niksananiksanov6777 seems like doing all great stuff...so this video has great options for strength/stbilization and in my channel i also have other videos that have a bunch of great shoulder strength/stabilization ones too!!

    How many reps and sets of each ?

      depends on many factors but with these typically I like eto do around 2-3 of 12-15 but ultimately depends on the situation
