Good video...thanks. My preference is for all of the overhead view portions to be in time-lapse as fast as possible. You did this at 5x and I set my view to 2x which means I was watching at 10x. Even at 10x I was able to get all of the information I needed.
You could keep this format with the intro and then overhead at 5x, and then upload a second video of the full overhead at real-time speed and see if it gets enough views/interaction to make it worth your time.
Also thank you for doing these kinda tests, it helped me over the past few days commit to the i6+ which should be here sunday, its a used one as i cant afford a 800 dollar one and i got this one for 300 off amazon and only minor wear so hoping its not in to bad of shape.
@@AdamsReviews Ya from what i seen its good deal and i saw your video about grabbing one while on sale and that was before i knew the normal price so ya was a obvious choice and once i realized the i7+ was same thing as i6+ was a no brainer :)
@@AdamsReviews Hey adam...I bought and paid for a i6+ on amazon for 340 bucks but they sent me a I7+ lol...is this a normal thing that happens? i confirmed its a I7 by looking underneath and the color and just now in app when setting up it says i7....very weird...im confused why they did this but happy too lol.
@@AdamsReviews Ya im cool with it, i just knew something was up cause color wasnt silver top like i was expecting and it honestly looks brand new...like no blimishes or nothing but ya figure let u know since i bought it based on ur video of them being on sale lol, so thank u very much :) thought i was already subbed but wasnt, welp now i am.
So the house I am in right now is mostly the wood style floors but not actual real wood with just a rug in the front room based on the pick up review would you recommend this robot I 6 for me
I got one for $301 and it was practically new. Had a small scratch on the dust bin. Lifetime jobs showed 2 jobs for total run time of 3 hrs. I ended up giving it to no bro in law because I found a BRAND NEW s9+ on fb market for $350.
Isnt these the exact same robot? I just started video to be honest so maybe u say that but i know for sure i6+ and i7+ are same, only what comes with them when u buy is difference as i7+ comes with extra bag and brush and something else i think, the laser thing. i8+ i thought was a stores version of the i6+, idk lol, to many to keep up with.
I actually just bought an i6 got it yesterday I saw your video on refurbished I robots I got mine for $313. It seems to be doing great but I don’t hear any suction or very little suction. How can you test for suction? I don’t really seem to be feeling anything if I pick it up it stops. It seems to be picking up quite a bit and emptying it in the bin without a problem. My only concern is I’m not hearing the suction from the vacuum
@Aarush Sinha you have taken both the I seven and the nine Apart and have looked at the motors do you think that they are interchangeable? That would be awesome if I could just buy a replacement nine motor and put it in the seven LOL
@Aarush Sinha I don’t suppose I could trouble you to see if the motors are interchangeable? And if it’s possible to get a replacement motor from the nine and put it in the seven? I don’t even know how much a replacement motor would be.
@Aarush Sinha True. Traditionally the Roomba's rely on their dual roller brushes to do the work. The suction is primarily to direct the dislodged dirt into the bin. The s9 would be the first one from Roomba that has some serious suction.
@@glennduquette Costco had the i8+ which is also the same thing is the i7 just has more extras in the box like filters brushes bags. The i6+ is an Amazon exclusive which comes with less extras only one bag no filter not much of anything except for the vacuum and the tower.
@Aarush Sinha really? What size battery comes in the 7 and what battery comes in the i6? I did not realize that. I guess it doesn’t really matter because of the charging station and resuming after charging. But are the batteries interchangeable?
Great job and appreciate your reviews:)! But:)!!!!....I think to make these tests real you need to get real life dirt vacuumed up in real homes instead of skittles, nerds and jelly beans?
gotta admit, the intro has a really catchy beat.
Hey Adam, can you please review Trifo Max & Trifo Lucy? Not many reviews on them are out there

Would love to see you post a Google sheets with the results. One that you can edit and we can view maybe
Great idea!
Yes will do thank you
Pretty darned good. I was surprised it didn't do better on hard surfaces.
Yes me too. I'm gonna do the i6+ vs the s9+ and have them do a double clean.

Yes and also have sound so you can hear the robot 🤖

@@Slider-Man Yea that is very weird. If everything works right I wouldn't worry about it since they are the same robot. But very odd.

Nice, $350 is a steal
Which one would you reccomend for cat hair on hardwood floor?
Hmmm, why are there 2 Roborock S5's on the datasheet?
When are you adding pet food and kitty litter?
I LIKE the s9+

@Aarush Sinha I wonder if there is a way to change out the motor to a larger one like using the motor that’s in the 9

@Aarush Sinha Never know that might make for an interesting video if they’re swappable motors and you would get a lot more suction

What if the Roomba did a second pass of the floor? Do you think if it decided to do a second pass it would have picked up all the debris?
I would think so yes. I have a new video of it doing a double run.
Can you put the Roomba i7+ in the testing room
This is the same as the i7
The i6 is essentially the same thing as the i7 correct? Just one is from Amazon exclusively correct?
No
I think Costco had the exclusive on i6+

@Aarush Sinha I like the i6 so far. I really like the fact that it has a dust bin and will continue cleaning once it emptied itself
Quick question. How do you 'reset' your room? Do you go in periodically with a "normal" vacuum and pick up the stuff the others have left?
Yes.I go around with a dyson and clean the floors.
