3:50 … something might be wrong with your Roomba. All i series Roombas go back when they know they are full, empty and return to vacuum. That message you saw was to tell you that the sensors that let her know that the bin is full are dirty.
Very detailed and thorough review, thank you! The video was excellent for diagramming the results and witnessing operation. All the best & blessings be.
@@CordlessVacuumGuide I think a neat addition to your reviews would be rug and carpet height tolerance for iRobots. I have some higher fluffy rugs that it sometimes get stuck on or wont go through.
Would like an option to have a 4x or 6x pass run option due to lack of suction in the app. Love the robot. Small filter and lack of suction are the only downsides
Unfortunately, it doesn't have the feature. If the full bin sensor fires, it stops mid-run, and you'll have to empty it manually. It only docks when the battery is low then resumes cleaning.
@@CordlessVacuumGuide thanks. Have you tried 3rd party replacement bags for the base? Curious if you really need the Roobma brand ones that comes in a 3pk for $15 vs the 3rd party pack of 30 for just a few more bucks.
If you install the Dirt Disposal Dustbin from the i6 into the e5, set the e5 on the Clean Base with the i6’s dustbin, and push the home button on the e5 (if you push the home button on the i6 when charging, it will empty the bin), will the Clean Base trigger?
Are you going to test the new line up by Ecovacs? Robot such N8 and N8 pro, also T9? Hopefully with Ozmo pro 2.0. Also Roborock S7 would be brilliant. I know I'm asking so much, but I'm very interested cause your reviews are very deep and weel structured
Yay Amazon Prime Deals. Ordered one today.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll clean and test again.

I have to go set up one of these today for a customer and this was fantastically helpful!!! Thank you for all your diligence...
This is a great review of the I6+; lots of analysis going into this. Quality video and review. Keep it up!
Glad you enjoyed it!

@@sannesad1 thanks for the feedback. Yeah I'm researching on more tests, especially on high pile carpet/rugs.

You can schedule more runs, that's a workaround.
Isn’t supposed to go back to the base when it’s full empty and return?

@@CordlessVacuumGuide my dude you are wrong. It does
is it capable to run without internet after the initial setup?
From the sound of it, this version is better for carpet, not so much on hard floors
Most Roomba's are better on carpet, outside the 980 and S9
Hi
Do prefer i6 or i3?
Can you schedule it to only clean at night?
Yes that's possible

@@tyr0n313 yes, fit ism't an issue.

I haven't tried it, but it's a good experiment. Let's see what happens
@@CordlessVacuumGuide yeah interested to see if the e5 can empty itself.
@@CordlessVacuumGuide does it work?
No. It does not work. I tried
@@iamdenislara ok, thanks for letting me know!

Next in line is the Roborock S7 :)
Which vacuum has live mapping?
Roborock, Ecovacs, Ultenic, ILIFE A10, Yeedi to name a few
Does it have a camerap
Only a top-mounted camera, but no front-mounted camera. Only the J7 has it.
Cool! You got the same one I have!
