Being an expert in baking, I'll tell you how this works:
1st- this is called cream cheese
2nd- if you add milk powder, the taste will become better
3rd- if you want a chocolate frosting, go for this recipe because if you add cocoa powder to this, the taste will definitely become better.
4th- If your planning normal white frosting, add some vannila essence to this recipe. It will turn out to be perfect.
5th- You can store it for maximum 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
6th- This video is great and if you add vanilla essence, the taste will definitely improve.
Important Notice: People who are telling this will taste like paneer, Well, you cook paneer and then eat it. You don't grind it and eat it without cooking.
Overall Review if your planning to make this: Go for it but with vannila essence. Please! Don't Skip Vannila people. Then it'll taste like milk fat aka Malai with sweetness. And *MUST NOTE* The cream which she piped wasn't the cream which she made. So do not expect results like the cream she just piped. Your cream will be slightly slippy and not really stiff.

If we don't add sugar and add honey or jaggery then it will be quite healthy I think .
