I used this after initially struggling with whipped cream. Whipping of cream a very variable process and even ingredients are difficult to find whereas this is easier. Totally worked for me. The taste is a bit greasy due to the butter but it is an excellent alternative . Thanks :)

No you can't use it but i have recipe how to make butter with ghee just melt ghee and add salt and yellow colour or haldi pinchful and 3-4 ice cubes and mix it for 2-3 minutes and then freeze it and your butter is ready hope this will helpful for you.
