Oi tudo bem Raysa? o aparelho começa a vibrar somente quando entra em contato com a pele. Uma vez em contato com a pele o meu vibra o tempo todo durante a massagem. Se voce quizer pode tambem me enviar um video por email mostrando o que o seu aparelho esta fazendo para eu ver e poder ver se é esta pulsando correto. O meu email [e-mail] e caso o aparelho nao esteje funcionando direito troque para a loja aonde comprou ou ligue para a garantia pois tem garantia de 2 anos. O meu aparelho nunca deu problema e uso ate hoje. Me avisa se tiver alguma outra duvida ou me passa o video do aparelho por email para que eu veja melhor. bjs

Hi :) Thanks. I'm using 2 nail polishes from KL Polish and they are amazing. I'm so in love with all the colors and staying power of these nail polishes. I will be doing a review on them later in the month. The color I am using are "Zoey" as a base color and "Charmed" on top. But you can also use just "Charmed by itself with 2 coats to create this iridescent effect. They only sell online and the website is www.klpolish.com/ I will be posting a video review with swatches of my favorite colors probably end of May or June. So stay tuned. Cream that has a what?.. it sounds like slip? What is slip mean it not a Word I know?

Jane Roth yes I meant slip. To add slip to the face massage. So the tool glides on face and not tug on face. Let me know if you have any other questions.
