Very helpful! I’m about to tear into my Weber for the first time and now I know what to expect.

thanks for the video... my carburetor works well my problem is that a lot of gasoline passes into my intake, I realized because when I removed it there was a lot of gasoline at the bottom of my intake... I hope you can guide me in a bit. thanks

It might be that you are running rich. There is a screw to adjust this ratio on the side of the carb. It is different than the idle set screw. Get the vehicle up to temp. Start turning the air/fuel screw clockwise. When you hear the engine want to stall, back out the screw 7 turns. That was the right number for the 4.2L of mine. If it’s a different engine then you’ll have to find the middle of stalling lean and stalling rich. I hope this helps a little.

Yeah, I’ll try to pull together a video to adjust the carb on the Jeep. The Weber I have only has two. One is for the idle circuit fuel/air and one for the idle speed.

What is the jet sizes you're using?

I think it’s just stock. That would be 150 main and 50 idle. It was already installed on the Jeep, so I don’t know for sure.

You should absolutely be spraying carb cleaner through all of the passages and jets. None of the stuff you did in this video will fix the issue you described.
